Time for a coffee ☕️ Thank you all so much for your comments on the #SummergroveHouse kitchen.
I loved creating it and seeing my vision come to life. Next I’ll be building the conservatory.... I have a plan in my head, hopefully it works! 🏠
Embarking on the first step of my miniature journey. The Greenleaf Fairfield. My plan is to make a gothic/creepy/haunted version. Maybe I'll call it the "Fearfield" 💀
At this point I'm super overwhelmed because I'm trying to learn everything at once and there is so.much.to.learn. I need to slow down and focus on the process/journey instead of the destination. I just built the foundation today, but I've already been trying to shop for furniture for weeks. I'm just too excited and need to reign myself in.
What makes the process even more difficult and stressful is that there aren't any miniature shops in my area so I can't go look at materials (trim, mouldings, baseboards, etc.) in person, and because I have no clue what I'm doing, trying to buy it all online is difficult and confusing.
Also, of course this house is 1:24 scale, which makes finding ANYTHING exponentially more complicated, because most materials and furniture and decor are for 1:12 scale. 😩
Anyways, wish me luck. And if you have any knowledge to share with me on my journey... please, I welcome it!
Stay weird & creep it real. 🖤 💀🦇⚰️
