. . . . . .
People always ask me, “Which Branch of Service is the Best?” Obviously, as any service man or woman will say, the one they are currently serving in.
Individual experiences differ greatly.
Congratulations to SGT K.
This post is not to discredit one branch over another. Know what you’re getting yourself into. Know the end state. Many use the Army/Navy/Air Force/ Marines as a stepping stone to a more productive life afterwards.
Truth is something we feel in our souls 💫
it washes away our darkness
It raises our vibration
Sometimes i feel crazy saying my truths out loud
Verbalizing that my soul already knows my destiny✨
It knows the 6 figures are coming
It knows the mountain home is on its way
It knows a man who has done the inner work is waiting
It knows there are other souls i am here to bring along with me on this journey
It’s like the darkness has been washed away, there is clarity.
It doesn’t mean there isn’t fear
or self doubt
Or questions of why I’m not further along
Those all very much so exist and often daily but they don’t feel like truth they don’t resonate with me
I believe our bodies & souls know where we’re headed but
It’s our job to listen
It’s our job to be ok with the discomfort of the unknown
It’s our responsibility to let go of the fears and show up to serve as our highest self 💫🌱

Do you ever wake up feeling afraid? .
I do. I did this morning. My first instinct is to reason with it, like, “You have nothing to be afraid about, dummy. You literally have everything you want or need.” That doesn’t work. .
I even went through my normal meditation routine. I still felt a low hum of fear. .
Then I sat down to write. There is so much power in putting thoughts on paper because it’s hard for them to squirm away. I wrote out all of my most painful, negative thoughts, even the ones I judged as shallow and whiney. .
I don’t have enough support, my brain whined (not for the first time). I need the universe to support me, it said. .
Then I caught on. I realized that the only shift I needed to make was to notice. I noticed the love and support that surrounds me. I noticed the honor and respect people give me. I noticed the universe supporting me at every step. When I opened to the possibility that I might be supported, I saw the support everywhere. .
It was like my brain had been telling me that gravity was about to reverse, and then I noticed gravity is still here, all around. .
You are loved, respected, supported. Go do your great things. .

This muddy looking river is the spectacular Verde River in Arizona. During monsoon season (July-Aug) this lazy beast flows speed up and are rich with sediment thanks to flash floods that descend into the river from the countless canyons, slots and high mesas of #redrockcountry ..
Never heard of the Verde? Well, it’s one of only 2 Wild and Scenic Rivers in @visit_arizona and a gem of the desert #southwest ..
If want to truly enjoy one of the most diverse and ecologically critical areas in #az ... before it’s gone (more on that later) then join the @verderiverinstitute on a float down this amazing body of water and tell them #adventurehydro sent you. You will not regret it! 🙌🏽😄 #adventurehydro#waterwednesday#floating#monsoonseason#waterguy#learntoadventure
