Sea stars can regenerate lost arms, which is useful if the sea star is injured by a predator. It can lose an arm, escape, and grow a new arm later. It doesn’t happen too quickly, though. It takes about a year for an arm to grow back.

HOW CUTE IS MY FWIEND?! 😭 This brindled beauty is Snoopy, and she’s ready to find her forever home!
She is a retired champion from Alabama (race name “flying Snoopy”) and is the sweetest little 47 lb greyhound lady. She has been getting along with her foster brother wonderfully, as well as me and other local greyhounds, but she can get a little flustered around certain dog personalities. All she wants to do is snuggle and love humans all day! She would do perfectly as the only pet in the home, but she’s open to new friends as well if she’s able to meet them first! .
My auntie @katie.carnell is her foster mama in Spokane, and she’s been taking AMAZING care of her during her transition off the race track! She learns commands incredibly quick (way faster than me or @olliethegreyt , sorry bro) and loves to stick right by your side on walks - just beware if a squirrel appears 😱🐕💨 They didn’t call her flying Snoopy for nothing!
This lady is adoptable through @gpagnw! For more information or to coordinate a meetup, go to gnwgreyhounds.org, click on “available dogs” on the left, then “Inland Northwest area available females” to find Snoopy!
Thanks a million!!! 🐾💕
Got some agility practice in early morning!! The air quality is still pretty bad here in the Bay Area so we will be staying indoors rest of the weekend.
We are working on a running "A Frame". Corgmom did not indicate if she wanted a 2 on 2 off, so I stopped. It's important to give verbal cues on time!
The front cross at the teeter couldve been done better too, corgmom has lots go work on 😫🤣 #theHoomanIsClumsy#agilitytraining#dogagility#agilityloaf
Sunday Sessions with @pawsitivedevelopment! We got a question about trying to get a new puppy to like and use a leash. We all know puppies like to be rambunctious;) Here is Amber’s great suggestions: “Let him walk around the house with the leash attached to his harness while he does things such as eating, playing etc. to get used to it. Try feeding him a treat while putting the harness/collar on.”
Continue to message us any training questions you might have, we will get them answered and feature them on Sundays!
