The temperature is dropping, the leaves are lookin a little orange, fall is almost here! As a final hurrah to Summer 2018, here are some summer rolls I made with @lifebymikeg for his show. Super excited about that episode!
These were made entirely from fruits/veggies/herbs from my garden and refrigerator that desperately needed to be eaten. We even made the dipping sauce from an old hot sauce batch I made that I didn’t think turned out great. It was fully resurrected by some Brothers Green magic and tasted amazing!
Fresh batch of dipping sauce. SOOOoOO good to go along with tri-tip or when you want to add a little flavor and spice to your meal. I tend to make more then enough to go around. If you don’t want to make a lot just cut down these ingredients by half.

• 8 minced garlic cloves
• 3 tablespoons of sugar
• 6 Thai chilli, less or more to taste
