OUR CHEF & HOST
@stefanie.ritual started out in the kitchens of the west coast, most notable Angeli Mare, helmed by chef/author ('Pasta Rustica', 'Cucina Rustica) Evan Klienman. Once returned to her hometown NYC, she went on to work at Union Square Cafe, Aqua Grill, Soul Cafe, Brooklyn Moon & others while running her catering business.
In her 28 years of cooking in various kitchens, both private & public, she has fed heads of state such as the Sarkozys of France, Ariel Sharon of Israel & was the private chef for the daughter of Sunny Von Bulow.
Fine food and it's preparation has taken Chef Stefanie Kelly all over the world, as recently as 2015, when she toured w/Grammy Award Winner D'angelo through US & Europe as the official tour chef of his Black Messiah tour. .
Chef Stefanie Kelly hosts a 4-course, cannabis-infused, dinner party of Artists, Creatives, thought leaders, and comedians to discuss current events and pop culture.

Today was a #pita making sort of day. Although it wasn’t exactly like safta’s (grandmas) pita, it was a really solid second try. Next weekend I will give it another shot and hopefully I will be that much closer.
Feeling immense gratitude for life right now. We had a birthday celebration for Ty and all of his best friends who are 40 this year, and looking around the table during dinner at all of the smiling faces nearly brought me to tears, twice (could be partially pregnancy hormones since I'm normally not a crier 😂).
We were surrounded by so much love, enjoyed amazing food, so many laughs, good conversations, great music and of course a few wine indused toasts 🥂 This is what life is all about! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

All the dip colors. Scratch that. Some of the dip colors as my dip repertoire far exceeds just these. We have Avocado & Herb Spread, Dragon Carrot Dip, Roasted Red Pepper & Goat Cheese Dip and a Roasted Beet Hummus. And some baked crisps made from Lavash bread. It’s commonly said that people eat first with their eyes and this is exactly how I like to entertain...lots and lots and lots of color. 💚💜❤️
Please don’t let these summer nights spent catching up with friends, yummy meals and ice cream sandwiches ever end. That and your toddler trying to cheers 🥂 everyone with his water cup every second because that’s his new thing

Aca les dejo la receta de una deliciosa PAELLA MIXTA!! 🥘
🦐INGREDIENTES: * Aceite de oliva
* Pasta de ajo
* 2 cebollas blancas
* 2 cebollas moradas
* 3 pimentones rojos
* 2 pimentones verdes
* 2 tomates * Arroz parbolizado (yo prefiero doña pepa)
* Mariscos esta vez use (camarones, langostinos, calamares, muelas de cangrejo)
** Para el fondo puse una olla con agua + cebolla larga + zanahoria + cilantro + polvo de langosta o cabeza de pescado
🍤PREPARACION: * poner en el paellero bastante aceite de olvida, la pasta de ajo, cebollas, tomate y pimentones.
* Añadir los condimentos que prefieran y tengan a la mano (azafrán, pimento ahumado y sazonador de paella) * Cuando los vegetales estén tiernos añadir el pollo y el cerdo. * Poner el arroz durante un min a sofreír en el paellero incorporándolo con los demás ingredientes que estaba sofriendo. * Poner fondo de pescado de a poco hasta que el arroz vaya absorbiendo, regular con sal cada que ponemos el fondo. * Cuando el arroz este casi listo pones unas cucharadas mas de fondo y a si vez pones los mariscos, tapas por unos 10 min. #foodbloger#dinnerparty#cocinalealalma#paella#paellalovers#mariscos#yummy
ALERT!!! Buttermilk Fried Chicken Salad that is what dreams are made of. Fried chicken is one of first the things that Ryan made for me in the early dating days, and I actually think I (courni) lost my mind a little bit. Its really that good.

Ft Ryans scrt recipe buttermilk fried chicken and random things from the fridge that just really heckin worked. berg lettuce, jalapeno, cabbage, rocket, avo, roasted almonds, apple and some cukes, all topped with an improv'd spicy chipotle buttermilk dressing.
