Ingredients for 4 Servings
1/2 cup fresh cream
1/3 cup grated mozzarella
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
How to make Cheese Fondue
Heat milk along with grated mozzarella cheese in a saucepan over medium flame and keep stirring till cheese melts.
Rub the inside of the fondue pot with crushed garlic. Transfer the cheese and milk mixture to a fondue bowl.
Stir in the fresh cream and mix well.
Your cheese fondue is prepared, serve with cucumbers fingers, carrots fingers or mini bread bites/ Nachos/ Lavash sticks.
The pot is also used for chocolate fondue and a lot of other exciting dishes.
