This is my office. And I kind of love that it all fits in an oversized purse.🤗
I’ve been working hard to “minimalize” my life in every aspect including my business, so I’ve gone from a paper calendar to Google Calendar and have consolidated as many things as possible to leave only the essentials. So far, it’s paid off and makes packing for wherever my office is each day a breeze.
Are you a 9-5’er or an on-the-go entrepreneur? 🤔
I had a friend recently tell me he doesn’t follow me on social media anymore because it’s too much about my business. “Good,” I said. 🙋🏻♀️
I don’t even post as much as most marketers. I’m too much of an introvert 😂 .
But the real truth is, it’s NOT that my posts are too much about my business, but instead it’s that they are too radically different from what most people would consider “normal” highlight reel posts.
Because I’m still talking about my life in all of my posts. It’s just that my life isn’t normal.
It’s not normal because I don’t want it to be normal 🙃 I want it to be exhilarating, challenging, limit-pushing, authentic, and exceptional.
And most people don’t think like that. They just want to live normal cozy lives. 💯
Which is totally great! But if that’s you, you’re not gonna like my content 🤷🏻♀️ You’re not gonna want to be my friend. In fact, you’re gonna find my shit pretentious and annoying and dumb.
And if I’m being honest....#Bye
Can you relate? If so, it means you’re doing it right. You’re leveling up in order to live the life you created and love.
Why the hell else are we here on this planet?? To compare our social media lives and have fake friendships and stay mediocre because it’s normal? 🤨
No thanks, I’ll pass. I’ll keep going after my dreams unapologetically instead because it’s what feels good.
And if you needed this, I hope you fiercely go after your dreams and impact without apology too. It’s freakin’ worth it ❤️

I’m definitely more of a morning person than a night time person, but I still struggle sometimes to actually get up and outside for sunrise. I had a long hike planned for the day in Mt Field NP so had to leave early for the trailhead - I was very happy to be treated with the still waters of Lake Dobson to start my day.
Słonie - duma Sri Lanki. To jednak dzikie zwierzęta.
Elephants - pride of Sri Lanka. These are wild animals. As much as I felt in love with Sri Lanka I cannot stand the fact that Srilankan people also use them as an entertainment or money makers. But it’s not only for tourists but also locals - they have elephants parades during holidays. On Sri Lanka they put heavy ornaments which damage their skin and spine & they train them to dance. We went to see these amazing creatures in their natural habitat - Udawalawe. In my opinion - the best possible way to get to know them. On the island there is also one very popular place - Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage. Pleased before you decide to go there check how they treat and “care” about these animals so they can make money. Horrible... #srilanka#elephants#pinnawala#pinnawalaelephantorphanage#podróż#podróżnik#summer#bestoftheday#wakacje#tripgram#travelgram#elephant#wild#wildanimals#travelpic#rozkmina#backpacker#urlop#lato#travelblogger#traveller#taktrzebażyć#view#digitalnomad#placestovisit#placestogo#places_wow#safari#exotic#jungle
I’ve decided to be a juul for Halloween but other than actually purchasing a refrigerator I have zero clue where to find cardboard boxes & spray paint, the recycling & trash disposal is unparalleled here idk where to get a box #MyLightIsAlwaysGreenForYou
✨THE LONG GAME✨
It is what you do day after day that counts. That’s what gives you results. Yes, bursts of intensity can create momentum but what do you do AFTER that? 🤔 Do you fizzle out or do you have a sustainable plan of action?
For example, social media marketing - you put in effort for 72 hours and don’t see the results you were “expecting” so you decide its not working? 🛑 You might have to tweak some things, but you don’t throw out the whole thing and decide it’s not working and give up or radically change gears without giving it time.
It’s kinda like, you don’t expect to eat right and go to the gym for a week and expect to drop 2 sizes do you? Would you decide to run a marathon without training? 👟NO! I mean you could but that sounds a lil crazy.
In this world of social media and rapid pace everything, we know instant gratification seems like a very real thing, but we also know it’s not a sustainable plan. ⌚️ We’ve all heard overnight success takes 10 years. Perhaps the internet and social media has cut that time frame down a bit for some, but the reality is 📈 look at any successful entrepreneur or business and you will see a strategy of long-term consistency.
This is as true for business as it is for life. So let me ask you - what are you doing to create long-term, sustainable consistency in your digital marketing strategy?

(Impatience x1000) 🐿🌳
Cheers to 5 years, Tom!
5 years ago (October 11th), Tom and I met. And so began a forever spring-like love: happy, ever-evolving and in bloom.
To celebrate, enjoy 5 (of an insurmountable amount of) travel memories... .
1. We are smack dab at the center of the valley. Surrounded by Peruvian mountains. Fog lays heavy over the town, looming low. Everything is green. A band of people, dressed in cultural garb begin playing instruments and dancing through the center of town: a celebratory surprise. Tom, ready to watch the show with a snack, asks a group of men eating fruit, "Donde esta watermelon?" 😂
2. We show up to Paris and hate it. But we make the most of it in our matchbox Airbnb. Tom walks to the local super marche and picks up ice cream and ham and cheese 😂 spaghetti and wine. And we cook with the windows open, watching school kids walk home down below.
3. Galavanting through the streets of Prague way later than we ever have in a foreign country (and way drunker). Castles. Christmas markets. Full bellies and feeling free! 😂 (We think our Airbnb is haunted...)
4. We're on a tour to the Cliffs of Mohr... And we keep seeing this one couple. So, hell! Impromptu, all-night bar crawl with our new friends from Brazil through Galway. We drink Guinness and talk all night, we try to speak Portuguese, an Irish man asks for a kiss, Tom tries a carnival game in the square (epic), we part ways and grab Chinese food. I'm sick all night but loved it 😂
5. We're in Italy on a private beach, a place where locals go so we're a bit out of place. It's a windy, sunny day and we sit under umbrellas, dozing off, watching the Italian dogs run up and down the shore line. Tom's mom and I ask him to get us a cool drink and we don't have a care in the world for a hot minute.
Tom and I share all these memories and more. That alone is the biggest blessing and greatest gift.
I don’t know about you, but I typically find myself getting a little fatigued around this time of year. The idea of grinding and sprinting gets less and less attractive and the need to protect my energy levels gets more and more important. Burnout can sneak up on us. .
One of the strategies I use to work around this, is to start shifting my efforts away from management, trusting my team more to close out the year, so I can focus more on strategy and planning for next year. .
It’s a much more internal task, still highly value add for the business, but also inspiring. The change of pace helps me recharge, the strategic focus help re inspire. .
What do you do when you get fatigued at work?
It’s no question the market the past few trading days has been volatile as SH%*.... 📈📉 If you were to be trading the high cap names like Facebook, Twitter, Apple, etc. you would have fell susceptible to the same unexpected nasty midday drops the $SPY and the Dow Jones had.😱😱
Sure this may have been good for some people, but many others lost a solid portion of their accounts. Why do I bring this up? Because while all of the volatility in the large caps has been going on, small caps still have a mind of their own. It doesn’t matter how red the market is, the small cap market still will remain relatively unaffected. In fact, while $SPY and the DOW were tanking last week, we still had some small cap runners rip hard and present good long/short opportunities. 📈 That is the beauty of trading this small cap niche. While the market can be tanking, you can still be banking up and down.👨💻

The ubiquitous Banka boat! Might be one of my favorite things to photograph in the Philippines🇵🇭. They are basically a canoe 🛶 with two outriggers to keep balance. <<~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~<<<<
These boats can be found everywhere here. They are a staple in the Filipino culture. I’m obsessed with their different, usually hilarious names and their tropical colors💚💙.
If you’re doing any island hopping, this is where it’s at. Climb aboard and watch the staff run around the outboards like sea monkeys🐒
