もともと部活でもあまり走れてなかったけど
インターバル20本とかは余裕だったあの頃 、、
やっぱり運動0になると違う
かなり違う 。、
筋肉がほんとに使い物にならないような感じ 😩

秋 → 160cm 48kg
冬 → 160cm 46kg
見た目痩せてないんですよ 。、
どちらかといえば太った見た目へと変化 😇
でもダイエットしようとは思わずに
食べまくって食べまくって
久々に体重計に乗ったら50kg 、
50 !?!?!!?
脂肪だらけの50kgになったらもう
ダイエットするしかないですよね 😭😭
ってことで現在に至ります 、、

冬には長距離大会あるし走ってみようかなあ

Lepas tu Amie bakar dalam 20min & tabur low fat cheese atas fillet tu. ✅Here’s the simplest possible summary of what we’ve covered so far, as the finale to this series on low-carb diets.

1️⃣Fat loss = calorie deficit. Calories in < Calories out.
2️⃣Low carb is irrelevant to fat loss IF you match calories (and protein).
3️⃣Low carb diets cause people to feel more full - so they eat less calories and lose more weight (not the carbs themselves causing weight loss!)
4️⃣Low carb diets tend to cause increased protein intake, which is favourable for muscle, metabolism & satiety (again, not low carb).
5️⃣They’re a great short term intervention for anyone eating ad-libitum, but probably not long-term as they’re hard to adhere to.
6️⃣Downsides may include: trouble sleeping, constipation, reduced training capacity (ergolytic effect), socially restrictive etc.

Bu sıralarda daha fazla diyet hesabı takipçim oluyor ve ben de zevkle onları takip ediyorum.
3.5 aydan beri diyetisyenim ile kilo verme yolundayım. Yavaş yavaş sağlıkla kilo vermek gibi bir amaçla yola çıktım ve çok şükür ki istediğim gibi ilerliyorum.
Elbette bazen yoldan çıkabiliyorum çünkü sadece bir insanım ben.
Dün akşam da bu çıkışlardan birini yaşadım. Ama ilginçtir ki kacamaklarim bile sağlıklı oluyor artık.
Dün gece hem de saat 12 de çeyrek ekmek arasında peyniri döşeyip yedim 😀😀
Sonra da zor uyudum. Gece de uyanıp durdum.
Sabah kalktım hiç bir şey olmamış gibi listeme uymaya devam ettim.

Chả hiểu sao mới hai ngày cuối tuần ăn uống xả hơi tí mà hôm nay đã thấy mặc quần chật hơn rồi. Chắc mai phải cố gắng ko ăn các món chứa tinh bột cho xẹp lại chút.
Dưa chuột chỉ có 15kcal/100g, ăn vặt tốt nè mn, vừa no, vừa ít kcal.
Kể ra tuần trước m ko ăn một miếng thịt nào luôn, chỉ có ăn trứng hehe, thấy vẫn bình thường ko thèm lắm.

Ways to stay shredded year around...
1. Eat only when hungry and have less carbs in the morning so that your insulin doesn't spike which will make you crave more carbs, so eat protein and fats in the early half of the day and carbs after workout.
2. Cardio is only effective if you do it above 70% of max heart rate and 30 min is enough 5-6 days a week. Do more if you are consuming more calories.
3. Don't go and do biceps or triceps for 30 min and call it a workout. Combine opposite muscles so that one is resting while the other one is working, this way you'll burn a hell lot of calories. Example: Do chest and back together etc. 
4. If you are lean and can't see your abs , then aren't developed, so then you have to train them 2-3 times a week and once a week heavy. 
5. When having a cheat meal cut back on two of your healthy meals so the calories don't exceed the limit to maintain weight. 
6. If you enjoy ice cream or chocolate, then skip one meal in a day with same amount of calories, like your carbs meal after workout.
