This creamy bowl of CHOCOLATE COLLAGEN OATS was just another form of procrastination 🤦🏻‍♀️📚
Here’s how:
1. Combine 1/2 cup oats, 2 tbsp chia seeds, and 1/3 cup almond milk on stove top. 
2. Stir and heat until the oats get creamy and absorb most of the milk. 
3. Add 1 1/2 tsp cacao or unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 scoop @vitalproteins collagen, a pinch of cinnamon, and a dash of maple syrup. 
3. Cozy up and top w PB, yogurt, cacao nibs, hemp, or whatever’s in your pantry 💫

Whilst I’ve been indulging in all the amazing European food, I have managed to still get in a substantial breakfast everyday! It has ranged from eggs, omelettes, natural granola with hot milk, yoghurt and oats! Haven’t had porridge since I’ve been here till today and it was so satisfying😍 this was just a simple oatmeal with stewed apple! Definitely important to try all the cultural food as a part of the experience and a balanced lifestyle. However here are some tips when deciding to pick a healthier meal: grain bread instead of white bread ( this includes pita, roti, wraps etc), omit cheese or choose ricotta instead, low fat dairy instead of full fat ( with no added sugar), go for white grilled meat/ fish rather then processed, fried and red meat, choose an option with plenty of fruit or vegetables! Since Its been too complicated trying to order low fat milk in a foreign language, I’ve been asking for soy milk with my coffee since it still has the calcium benefits! I made this pasta salad for my brother & sis-in-laws Christmas party🎅🏼and everyone loved it! No one knew the pasta was @moderntablemeals - a complete protein pasta made from lentils, rice and pea protein! 🙌🏼

I know we all have at least 1 more party to attend or maybe you’re hosting 🏡👩🏼‍🍳 ...you’ll love this easy, complete protein salad for a healthier option this holiday season!

Recipe ➡️
1 8oz box @moderntablemeals rotini
1 cup roasted Brussels 
1 cup roasted sweet potato
1-2 Tbsp. Olive oil 
1 cup dried cranberries 
1/2 of a red onion, diced
1/3 cup pine nuts
1 cup poppyseed dressing
Salt and pepper to taste
Feta or goat cheese sprinkled on top: optional

Directions ➡️
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Wash Brussels and sweet potato. Cut Brussels in half, peel and cube sweet potato. Place on a baking sheet lined with foil, toss with 1-2 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper and roast for 25 minutes or until veggies are tender. 🍠

Meanwhile boil water for pasta and cook according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Place cooked pasta in a bowl and add in remaining ingredients. Then stir in roasted veggies. Adjust seasonings and dressing as needed! 😘

Protein Party Pasta Poppy Seed Salad! (Dare ya to say that 5 times fast 😉) . I had such a FUN weekend wedding planning but low key missed being in the kitchen 😂 All the activities wiped me out and I woke up at 7:30 😬 plus the rain ☔️ makes me want to stay cuddled up forevaaaa! . I made this pasta salad for my brother & sis-in-laws Christmas party🎅🏼and everyone loved it! No one knew the pasta was @moderntablemeals - a complete protein pasta made from lentils, rice and pea protein! 🙌🏼 . I know we all have at least 1 more party to attend or maybe you’re hosting 🏡👩🏼‍🍳 ...you’ll love this easy, complete protein salad for a healthier option this holiday season! . Recipe ➡️ 1 8oz box @moderntablemeals rotini 1 cup roasted Brussels 1 cup roasted sweet potato 1-2 Tbsp. Olive oil 1 cup dried cranberries 1/2 of a red onion, diced 1/3 cup pine nuts 1 cup poppyseed dressing Salt and pepper to taste Feta or goat cheese sprinkled on top: optional . Directions ➡️ Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Wash Brussels and sweet potato. Cut Brussels in half, peel and cube sweet potato. Place on a baking sheet lined with foil, toss with 1-2 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper and roast for 25 minutes or until veggies are tender. 🍠 . Meanwhile boil water for pasta and cook according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Place cooked pasta in a bowl and add in remaining ingredients. Then stir in roasted veggies. Pantothenic acid has several functions, such as helping to release energy from food.
Good sources of pantothenic acid
Pantothenic acid is found in almost all meats and vegetables, including:
chicken
beef
potatoes
porridge
tomatoes
kidney
eggs
broccoli
wholegrains such as brown rice and wholemeal bread
Breakfast cereals are also a good source if they have been fortified with pantothenic acid.
How much pantothenic acid do I need?
You should be able to get all the pantothenic acid you need from your daily diet, as it's found in many foods.
Pantothenic acid can't be stored in the body, so you need it in your diet every day.
What happens if I take too much pantothenic acid?
There's not enough evidence to know what the effects might be of taking high daily doses of pantothenic acid supplements.
What does the Department of Health advise?

If you take supplements, don't take too much as this might be harmful.

BUT I have this habit of not sharing my problems with  ANYONE

Lterally I never share them with anyone, it doesnt matters if its make me sad for a short period of time

I have kept most of my problems to myself

Now Here is a fun fact:

DOnt do what I do!

A lots of people with mental issues, I talk to always say that they have very few friends

Firstly, no one has a hundred/thousands of friends

I know it can be awkward for you to talk to a friend BUT remember one thing, everyone is a human at heart

No one is going to kill you/judge you over your health issues

EVEN if they do, does it matters to you as long as they are helping you?

A great tip I have always given people with mood issues, is to go out more, talk to people

It doesnt have to be only about your problem

The more you go out. the more you interact with different people

This helps to sway our mind from the negativity

We are more inclined towards negative thoughts and overthinking when we spend whole day  by ourselves in enclosed rooms(probably by occupying our brain with the same things)

Whip out those lattes and pair them with this #glutenfree Roasted Almond Cherry Chocolate Dipped Biscotti. 🍪 ☕️ Tis the Season!!!! 🎄Amazing Recipe from @powerhungrycamilla

Ingredients:
•1-3/4 cups (210 grams) chickpea flour
•1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
•½ teaspoon fine sea salt
•¾ cup sugar •2 large eggs
•¼ cup olive oil or coconut oil •1 teaspoon pure almond extract
•6 ounces whole almonds, very coarsely chopped (about 1-1/3 cups)
•1/4 cup of chopped dried cherries

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 300°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. In a separate large bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, oil, and almond extract until blended. Add the flour mixture, almonds, and dried cherries stirring until blended (dough will be stiff). 4. Divide the dough in half and place both halves on the prepared baking sheet. Using moistened hands, shape into two parallel 12 by 2-inch rectangles, spaced about 3” apart.
5. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until golden and the centers are set. Let cool on the pan on a wire rack for 15 minutes.
6. Cut each rectangle crosswise into ½- to ¾-inch slices. Place the slices flat, cut sides down, on the baking sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until the edges are dark golden. Let the biscotti cool completely on the pan
**Optional: Dip in chocolate if desired! This makes close to 40 small biscotti’s !

Starting the week very tired and very achy but very happy because I’M GOING HOME FOR CHRISTMAS!!!!!! I have five days off work so I’m taking off to rest and nothing else. My mind needs it and my bloody body does too, I have aches and pains in places I didn’t think possible! Starting my day (at 1.30pm, yep) with brunch... it’s my only proper meal of the day as I was too exhausted to even move off the sofa this morning for breakfast and I have work for the rest of the day soon 😴

Made raspberry and banana pancakes! A healthy twist on the usually fatty, sugary treat using a frylight spray, no fat within the pancake and sugar free syrup to top it (as well as a splodge of jam.... oops 😂) - two portions of your five a day in this too! 🍌

TRUSTING YOUR BODY 
It actually was not that long ago that I started to trust my body. And by trusting my body I am referring to:
- the ability to recognise when I am hungry and full - to eat until I’m satisfied - recognising why I may be tired - what has helped me feel energised - what foods/thoughts/actions have a negative/positive impact on my body - growing and giving birth to two healthy girls - letting my body recover on its own post birth and not going on “diets” to achieve a certain look - knowing I can eat what I want without guilt and fear of putting on weight - knowing what my body needs to feel healthy 
That’s just a few examples. Trusting your body also means embracing it and loving yourself unconditionally. It is one of the best freedoms you will ever experience.

Hazırlanışı 
Karnabaharları önce 15–20 dakika haşlayıp daha sonra soğumasını bekliyoruz. Pul biber-karabiber ve tuzu karıştırıp hepsini çırpıyoruz. Daha sonra soğuyan karnabaharları bu hazırladığımız kabın içine atıp her yerine sürülecek şekilde karıştırıyoruz.
Borcamın altını çok az yağlayarak karnabaharları içine koyuyoruz ve  190 derecede 30-35 dakika üstü kızarana kadar fırında bekletiyoruz daha sonra çıkartıp üzerine rendelediğimiz kaşarları koyup tekrar fırına veriyoruz yaklaşık 7-8 dakika kadar fırında kaldıktan sonra afiyetle yiyoruz🤤🤩

L’incontournable sandwich club 🥪 
Jambon-laitue-oeuf & mayo allégée faite maison 👌😍
👩‍🍳 Recette :
1 jaune d’oeuf • 1càs de moutarde • 100 ml d’huile de colza • 1 càs de vinaigre blanc • 100 gr fromage blanc ou yaourt • persil • sel • poivre🧂

Les ingrédients doivent être à température ambiante.
Mélangez durant +/- 1 min le jaune d'oeuf, à un peu de sel, poivre, et la moutarde.
Fouettez en versant peu à peu l'huile, la mayonnaise doit peu à peu épaissir.
Une fois la texture souhaitée, ajouter le vinaigre.
Pour finir, prélever 100 gr de votre mayonnaise et ajoutez-y 100 gr de fromage blanc/yaourt... Agrémentez de votre persil finement haché et c’est prêt 🌱👌👩‍🍳

Jakiś czas temu pisałam Wam już o efektach współpracy z 40-letnią Anitą. W lipcu otrzymała ode mnie zalecenia i plan 14-dniowej diety. Konsultacja kontrolna, jaką zrobiłyśmy po kilku tygodniach wykazała, że wszystko idzie w dobrym kierunku, waga spada, obwody się zmniejszają, więc działała już sama w oparciu o moje wskazówki. Ostatnio otrzymałam od Anity wiadomość, którą widzicie powyżej. 16kg mniej! Aż musiałam dopytać, czy to nie pomyłka. Na dołączonych zdjęciach zobaczyłam szczęśliwą, pewną siebie i odmłodzoną o 10 lat kobietę. Odpowiednia dieta i włączenie aktywności fizycznej zdziałały cuda. Wcale się nie dziwię, że dostaje tyle komplementów od rodziny i znajomych! Na ten moment trzeba jednak zastopować tę redukcję i już samym treningiem przy zerowym bilansie kalorycznym pracować nad rekompozycją składu ciała!

Writing your goals down somewhere you look everyday is not only going to remind you of them daily but you’re more likely to write down achievable and realistic goals.
I’m going the extra step and posting them to IG for more motivation - I think I’ll update on my stories as well. Anyways, my three goals for this week are:

1. Spend 30min - 1hr everyday on creating content; some days I can do more since I don’t work full time but this is a good start to stay on top of things.
2. Eat 1-2 serves of fruit everyday; as a student dietitian I am sorry to say that there are days I don’t eat fruit AT ALL and I want to change that to feel healthier and practice what I preach 😂
3. Finish three books; this might seem like a lot but I am a massive bookworm (if you’ve seen my YouTube channel you’ll know!) and I’m also trying to reach my yearly reading goal of 50 books 📚

The topic of prescriptions of gluten free food, risks associated with not following a gluten free diets and delicious gluten free alternatives were all covered. We also learned more about the @bda_dietitians one blue dot 🔵- a more environmentally sustainable diet tool kit
Tonight I attend my first @bdasouthwalesbranch Christmas gathering, where the main topic was coeliacs disease and gluten free diets. The topic of prescriptions of gluten free food, risks associated with not following a gluten free diets and delicious gluten free alternatives were all covered. We also learned more about the @bda_dietitians one blue dot 🔵- a more environmentally sustainable diet tool kit
