My #DietBrain (aka the Hater in My Head) would not have approved this lunch. ❌ flour tortillas #gluten ❌ whole eggs ❌ cojita AND taco cheese. I used to let the HIMH dictate what I could and couldn’t eat. “Can’t eat that, it’ll make me fat. Eat clean, train mean. A moment on your lips, forever on your hips.” But ya know what?! I told the HIMH to sit the F down. My lunch today was easy and delicious. #tacos
I still struggle with food guilt. But everyday I practice trusting that my body will utilize the nutrients I consume because I am doing so #intuitively and #mindfully . #clara_rdn ✨EASY EGG TACOS. Heat up 2 tortillas in a pan. Divide and smash, 1/2 an avocado onto the 2 tortillas. Top with salad mix, scrambled eggs, cilantro, cheese, and hot sauce. Eat.
The moment you get up to go and get something, then stop.......because you’ve completely forgotten what it was you wanted #dietbrain 🤪
The dieting struggle is real now 💀 BUT, only 4 weeks left until shoot day, then it’s time to become Judy Dench 💪🏼

2 WEEKS OUT
*FEELING THE PRESSURE*
2 weeks out of @popeyesfallclassic and this was my latest back shot sent to coach @battlingbroscience
Weight is sitting at 174 lbs.
One thing I’ve really noticed is my normal, chill-state has been interrupted by bouts of extreme irritability and lethargy.
Though I’ve managed to keep it at bay, there’s no denying that it’s the nature of contest prep to experience these things.
When one feels the pressure mounting, one of two things happen - you either feel energized or you want to crumble.
Fortunately, I feel the former. In fact, I feel pretty damn positive and empowered.
I’ve been waking up super early lately and crushing my meal prep and training early in the morning to allow myself the rest of the day to man my shop and work on client programs and the several e-books I have on the go.
Remember, if it’s important to you, you’ll do your best to make it a priority. Too many times I’ve heard people claiming they want to get their nutrition and training under control, but it takes a backseat to everything else.
You have one body. That body is going to age, grow weary, tired, and collapse under the weight of your past decisions. How are you going to treat it in the present moment?
Are you going to skip out on sleep?
Eat mindlessly without making an effort to learn about nutrition?
Not move your body?
Unfortunately, too many people fall victim to the ‘All-or-nothing’ mindset - I know I have myself. They think that being ‘healthy’ is a state they can’t achieve, but nothing could be farther from the truth.
Success comes from the accumulation of several small habits, not from doing everything perfectly all the time. There is no such thing as ‘perfect’ when it comes to our own health.
Stop thinking about it. Start acting.

I just signed up a new nutrition client and I have to be honest, I think I love this part of my job the most. Empowering women through weight lifting is a great feeling but helping women lead a life where food doesn’t control them is priceless. Don’t get me wrong, there will still be moments (thanks hormones) but it is possible to be in control. 🔽🔽🔽🔽🔽🔽🔽
One of my favorite examples to show them is of a serving of pasta. Pasta gets a bad rap because of the carbs but have you ever just eaten a serving size? A serving size CAN fit into your nutrition plan and a serving size WILL fill you up. #foodforthoughtfriday#sassfitnutrition

Moc se těším na všechny holky💗 a společné 3,5h povídáním o výživě, předávání informací a zkušeností s cílem pomoct jim v jejich cestě. Tohle prostě miluju!
