It doesn’t happen as often as we’d like but getting together with a group of strong women to shoot the shit and raise each other up is amazing. They say, “Your vibe attracts your tribe” and I’m so grateful for the incredibly fearless, passionate, determined and motivated women in my life. 💗

Took a leap and cancelled my gym membership this morning. Going back to where the results were.
I have till October till use my gym membership so I may pop in at times.
After months of overthinking and debating and fighting my results I just jumped and made the decision.

Happy #TransformationTuesday 🙃🙈 The picture on the left was taken after I had already started my weight loss journey. I had been on vacation that whole week and was feeling really great about the 23 lbs I had lost.. then towards the end of the week when we went down to Austin we had someone take a picture of us. I remember seeing it and being so upset and letting it steal the joy I had felt from that first bit of weight loss. When I got back home I started comparing the picture to older pictures.. and then I remembered where I started. A lot of this process is remembering that it takes time, effort, and staying in the right mindset. 55 lbs down and feeling so grateful that I didn’t give up on any of my bad days. 🙌🏼
