SUNDAY HIIT SESS 💦 These have become a part of my Sunday routine and I love them, perfect way to end the week is with something enjoyable and you feel like you’ve really worked 💪🏼 I do this on my rest day after doing 6 strength trainings during the week so my muscle get relaxed from the weights but are still working 🤞🏼 keep in mind - everyone is different with working out, you do not have to train 6 days a week!!! It differs for everyone 🌟 Workout ➡️ Box jump with half burpee
4 Mountain climbers into 1 push up
8 Toe taps into 2 jumping lunges
Box over squat jumps
30 seconds each exercise then 30 seconds rest (3-4 rounds) Make sure you do all 5 exercises before you have the rest!
I had decided not to share this with most of you until the 28th of July. With a couple of days left for my upcoming event, I slipped down the stairs and am currently undergoing physiotherapy unable to practise absolutely contrary to my plans. But I rather decided to get better within limited timelines and NOT GIVE UP SOMETHING I LOVE DUE TO UNFORESEEN/UNFAVORABLE CIRCUMSTANCES. I've learnt this from my mum.🙂 And I'm praying I'll be able to execute it as well as I've believed in my mind that I can. Today I'm hopeful because the day started with a couple of firsts so I'm super excited - opened my eyes to the package containing my pair of "ghoongroos" (dancing bells) which are my first since childhood. And before leaving for office, I was handed over my first ever postcard from another country, after casually mentioning it to a friend.
