[✨BLOGGED✨] on the blog I talk about how to instantly improve any room with the smallest change. Nobody likes the eyesore that are extension cords and @jascoproducts has fixed that problem with Cordinates. I was able to replace the ugly ones in my office and kitchen with ones that actually match my decor. These are both creative spaces for me so it was important for me not to have ugly cables and cords all over. They come in a variety of colors so you can perfectly match your home, dorm room, office or any room.
When designing kitchens I always start with the sink placed underneath the window. It creates a great focal point, provides a view and natural daytime lighting. If this placement is not possible my secondary location for the sink is in the island with a view of the room beyond. Avoid sinks facing the wall or the corner without a pleasing sight line or the proper head clearance. Might as well enjoy the view as you work! #design#kitchendesign#enjoytheview#functionfirst#layout#designtip#interiordecorator#interiordesign
Challenges.... we face them daily. When a challenge turns up you have a choice to grow and learn from the challenge or let the challenge swallow you up. .
How do you tackle challenges? Would love to hear your thoughts and hopefully others can learn from you too! .
#DesignTip : Glass doors can act as a transparent division between rooms to ensure privacy when necessary without completely closing the space. Choose one with a minimalist design for a sophisticated look. @casali_glassdesign
How amazing is this modern minimalist bedroom!? ⠀
Design tip: The natural wood keeps it from feeling too cold and the simple trio of portraits adds a personal touch without cluttering the space up. I also love how the color portraits on either end add a great pop of green to contrast the more muted/monochrome tones of the room. ⠀
I could definitely spend a lazy Sunday curled up on that bed with a good book. What are you reading right now?
