For my last weekend in Ontario, I had the chance to see a real #demolitionderby at the #ancasterfair !
For the ones who didn’t know, the typical demolition derby event consists of five or more drivers competing by deliberately ramming their vehicles into one another. The last driver whose vehicle is still operational is awarded the victory.
Such a good American experience before move on to Montreal for the whole winter 😬❄️🚘

Sept. 22. 2018 Fall Demolition Derby
8th out of 15
Battled Fuel problems. Need to do some work on the carburetor, possible smaller jets.
Thanks to my sponsors: Diehl Ford, Links Optical, Northwest Stone & Landscape Supply and West Mechanical.
The final resting place.. I didn’t have a good run but I had some good fun.. car just wouldn’t stay running after any type of contact but you have to stay humble in defeat so congrats to the winner & shout out to my team who had a great run..
Stadium lights making me and this old girl come to life on this Fall night! Small town Demolition Derbys are SO fun! Seriously though. Everyone in our bleacher picked a car or truck to win each heat. I may not have a voice tomorrow!😂Happy Fall!
