Let’s be real...this is me, upper body trained but not one small part of me wanted to do a single rep today (I did everything of course but I was the most miserable person in the gym 💯) I was on a super duper high from the weekend and still blown away but vibes like that aren’t going to see me through the next 4 weeks. I also had an agreement with myself that I need to take this chance to be invited to finals as a once in a lifetime opportunity that I never thought I would be given and THATS what I am going to do. It does not mean I am not shattered, wanting a bit of a normal life back or fed up of dieting. It’s not all bikinis and trophies. It’s hard work and doing things you don’t want to do. How to get passed it? Remembering to be grateful. For everything. The support, no injuries, the opportunity, the fact I can diet and I have legs/arms to even train. Everyday isn’t a good day and motivation is nothing to rely on but staying grateful is a big part of what gets me through, alongside...”if it was easy, everyone would be doing it!” You get out what you put it 💪🏼🙏🏼

for my warmup: i usually grab some small plates and do whatever feels good and gets that blood pumpin. hittin all them angles and hyping myself up.
🌸grab a barbell for upright rows. i went heavier on these for 4 sets
🌸isolateral SA press x8
🌸use a lighter barbell for 4x12-15 front raises
🌸side raises are my go to for a sick pump. 4x10-12 here
🌸close grip DB chest press 4x15 .

After 5 days off the gym, it was good to be back! I really feel for anyone that travels a lot for work because I was only away for 2 nights and it threw me right off 😩 you end up so tired and eating whatever you can (pure shit 😂🍕)
