I did 4 sets of these, keeping the weights light at just 7.5kg.
Still working on my boulders this off season.
In my opinion, good shoulders and glutes are what turns a decent female competitor into a great one.
All training done for the day now, happy I did my cardio and weights and food has been on point. Have gone back to keto as that works very well for me, so I'm hoping to drop about 7lbs for the photoshoot in December.

Anyway this is a break down of how the shoulder session went.

Όσο απαγάγουμε το βραχίονα ο μέσος δελτοειδής βραχαίνει οπότε μειώνεται η συσπαστική του ικανότητα. Ανάλογα, όσο απαγάγουμε το χέρι, η γωνία του με το καλώδιο μικραίνει οπότε μειώνεται κ η αντίσταση που ασκείται στον μυ (αφού μειώνεται το ημίτονο της γωνίας). Άρα έχουμε μεγάλο βάρος εκεί που είμαστε δυνατοί κ μικρότερο εκεί που είμαστε αδύναμοι.

👍Αυτό σημαίνει ότι έχουμε μια πολύ αποδοτική άσκηση με άψογα loading patterns, που εξαντλεί τον μυ σχεδόν σε όλο το συσπαστικό του εύρος.

▶Στη δεύτερη κίνηση υπερφορτώνουμε την πλήρως βραχυμένη θέση του μυ, αφού στο τέλος της κίνησης ο βραχίονας σχηματίζει ορθή γωνία με το καλώδιο. Αυτό σημαίνει μέγιστη ροπή στην άρθρωση του ώμου μιας κ το ημίτονο των 90 μοιρών είναι ίσο με 1(τη μέγιστη τιμή του).

Η λογική πίσω από το superset είναι αυτή του POST EXHAUST. Κάνουμε δλδ αρχικά μία άσκηση που μπορεί να εξαντλήσει τον μυ σε μεγάλο μέρος του εύρους κίνησής του κ έπειτα μία άσκηση με έμφαση στη πλήρη βράχυνση. Αυτή η μέθοδος μας επιτρέπει να συνεχίσουμε το σετ για πολλές ακόμα ημί-επαναλήψεις(partials) στη δεύτερη άσκηση όταν ο μυς θα έχει εξαντληθεί τελείως κ δεν θα μπορεί να φτάσει στην πλήρη βράχυνση. Η post exhaust μέθοδος ταιριάζει καλύτερα σε πιο μεταβολικές φάσεις οξειδωτικού στρες.

✅Ξεκινάμε την κίνηση ΑΡΓΑ. Δεν τινάζουμε το βάρος από κάτω χρησιμοποιώντας αδράνεια. Ειδικά στην 2η κίνηση δεν έχει κανένα νόημα να τινάξουμε το βάρος από κάτω αφού έτσι δεν θα έχουμε maximum tension στο τέλος της κίνησης.

✅Σκεφτόμαστε ότι ανοίγουμε το χέρι προς τα έξω – σαν να θέλουμε να ακουμπήσουμε κάποιον δίπλα μας κ όχι ότι το σηκώνουμε προς τα επάνω. Έτσι βγάζουμε αρκετά τον άνω τραπεζοειδή από τη κίνηση.

I'm thankful that I am able to transform my mind, body and soul with like minded ladies supporting me ! I have received many of your before photos this morning and last night and I can remember my first set of before photos. First off, sending a stranger photos...never easy but you did it !
Secondly, for some the visual was hard but I want you all to know that that can be fixed ! You taking this first step and trusting me makes me extremely grateful for the things you see in me.
I am grateful that my past clients have worked so hard to change themselves to the point where many people say, "so and so look great. I wanna look like them." 2. I am grateful that my clients support my kids sports fundraisers ! Make my life easier 💜 if you guys have any Boston pizza reciepts or bags of recyclables, either let me know or bring them to our sessions. Many of my client's just drop bags of cans in front of my garage as well which is superb. You guys are the best !

Новый этап в новом клубе 👉🏼 Неделю назад я пришёл тренироваться в новый клуб. А точнее сеть фитнес-клубов #sportlife. И пока свежи первые впечатления я хочу о них рассказать. Сравнивать я буду с клубом #фитнес24 на Лиговском.

Минусы:
-цена! Стоимость абонемента в #спортлайф 44000 руб. в год. Когда в Фитнес24 всего 16900 руб.
-бахилы. Их тут нет. Все что вы принесли с улицы на обуви, оказывается на полу в разделывалке.
-бреются. Как и прошлом клубе тут бреют все - от лица до ног. Хотя правилами это запрещено. Или мне это одному не нравится?

Плюсы:
-просторно. Тут больше места, шкафчиков да и в зале пространства больше раза в два.
-температура. Кондиционеры работают даже зимой. Ощущаешь себя комфортно. Думаю, летом это будет весьма актуально.
-персонал. Он тут доброжелательнее и улыбчивее. Хотя я бы предпочёл чтобы были бахилы :)
-тренажеры. Или мне кажется, или тут они реально лучше. Больше регулировок, больше выбора, больше станций.

Подводя итог хочу вспомнить слова моего тренера @vladimirborisov68: в Sport Life твой прогресс пойдёт быстрее. И для меня это самое главное! А в каком зале занимаетесь вы?

Progression und Muskelaufbau!! 💪🏻

Progression ist wohl mit der "wichtigste Faktor," wenn es um Muskelaufbau und Kraftsteigerung geht. Muskelaufbau kann nur stattfinden, wenn sich die Trainingsbelastung erhöht. . 
Und wie soll das nun von statten gehen?? 🤔 Ganz einfach! Möglichkeiten gibt es genügend.

. 
1. Mit dem gleichen Gewicht eine WH mehr machen
.
. 
2. mehr Gewicht, als beim letzten Training verwenden
.
. 
3.  kürzere Satzpausen
.
. 
4. Intensitätstechniken verwenden .
. 
5. mehr Übungen machen . . 
6. mehr Volumen knüppeln . 
Ich persönlich bevorzuge die erste Variante.  Wenn ich bei, drei Arbeitssätzen 12, oder 13 WH bin, dann wird das Gewicht erhöht, sodass ich hauptsächlich im Hypertrophiebereich trainiere. Jetzt im Aufbau, wo man immer vollgefressen ist, die Speicher voll sind und man  ordentlich Power hat, ist eine WH mehr, eigentlich immer drin. Und schon hat der Muskel wieder eins auf die Mütze bekommen und das Training war für mich erfolgreich. Und diese neue WH wird dann auch notiert, denn bei den ganzen Übungen, Gewichten und WH weiß man sonst nicht mehr, waren es beim letzten Mal 10 oder doch schon 11 WH. Von 5. und 6. bin ich kein Freund, denn dadurch wird  das Training nur unnötig verlängert. Falls ich mal doch keine WH mehr beim Training schaffen sollte, weil der Schlaf, über mehrere Tage, wieder zu kurz war, probiere ich auf alle Fälle noch, durch 3. und 4. eine Progression zu erreichen.

Wie haltet ihr es mit der Progression?? Bei euch ein Thema, oder eher nicht. Wenn ich mich so im Studio umsehe, denke ich, so wie die meisten trainieren, wohl eher nicht.!! 😏

Something I like to do is to bring the dumbbells closer to my hips/glutes rather than in front (even more so than I’m displaying in this video), to reduce momentum and the use of the front delts, which get heavily used in so many pressing movements already.

By choosing a seated variation and staying upright in this position you’ll find this movement more challenging and also more effective from a mind-muscle and direct stimulation standpoint.

If your goal is just to get better at moving ridiculously heavy weight in your body’s most efficient way (using momentum and other muscles) you might prefer other variations of this movement.
