Per la crema 150 gr di yogurt greco fage 0%, 3 gr di cocco grattuggiato e un goccio di latte per ammorbidire il composto;

This special hits back home with The Hound, as his parents owned a fish & chips shop he would me be smashing fish & chips burgers at least 3 times a week. This is the hounds first fish special and also my first time ordering a fish burger, sure I've smashed fish & chips with 2 slices of bread but when I'm getting a burger i want beef,chicken, pork and to lesser extent the infamous lamb burger but I can tell you for a fish burger this was insanely good can't believe I'm scoring it a 4.4 let alone I ordered a fish burger haha. Seriously delicious crunchy beer battered coating and the fish was very soft and tasty. Love a good home made tartare sauce full of flavour, I just can't stand those package ones it just lacks flavour. Awesome thick hand cut chips fried twice . Slaw was nice and creamy but I feel it would be better without it to really enjoy that awesome tartare sauce. I like that you get a lemon wedge to squeeze all over the fish and chips. I even contemplated adding bacon to this lol would it have worked well ?? 😂😂

'Scandinavian Snack' from Tusk Cafe: Poached eggs, potato rosti, smoked salmon, grilled asparagus and hollandaise sauce 🍳 I love getting protein + fat (eggs, smoked salmon) with greens (asparagus) and other delicious sides (aka potato rosti 🤤) for brunch! Such a delicious, filling brunch which kept both my mind and body very satisfied 👌
I'll be leaving for Japan in about 3 hours, so that's hell exciting. Apart from eating buttloads of tasty food, the thing I'm looking forward to most is floating on my shredstick, through what will seem like an unlimited amount of snow. Here's a tasty line from one of the better day trips I've had from the 17/18 season #moiwa#japan#snowboard#delicous

Still trying to kick this cold to the curb, so hopefully this big pot of butternut squash soup will help see it on it’s way.
And stay tuned for tomorrow when I have some exciting news to share about Beautycounter!
Butternut Squash Soup
2 large butternut squash (peeled, seeded and cut in chunks, or just buy it already peeled and diced - I do! 4 10oz bags)
2 large onions (cut in chunks)
2 granny smith apples (peeled, seeded and cut in chunks)
5 cups of vegetable stock (can use chicken if you want)
2 tbspn ghee
1/2 cup coconut milk (the canned kind with the thick stuff)
salt and pepper
Heat ghee up in large soup pot. Add onions and cook til translucent.
Add butternut squash, apple and 4 1/2 cups of broth (the other 1/2 in used at the end in case it's too thick.)
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for about 15 minutes. It should be soft and tender with some chunks still there.
Remove soup from stove and puree in food processor or blender. Once that's all pureed and smooth, pour back in pot, and add salt and pepper for taste, and a dash of nutmeg. Add the 1/2 cup of coconut milk. Once all stirred together, if you feel like it's too thick add the remaining broth in small stages until it's not as thick. You want a somewhat heavy soup, but not gravy. 🙂 enjoy!#moresoup#fall
