WHY YOU MIGHT BE TIRED?
How you start your day is a big indicator of how your day is going to go. Waking up tired already sets you in a position where you feel behind. Where trying to turn on your brain with vast amounts of coffee just doesn’t seem to do it.
Quality of sleep- start by planning to get to bed an hour or two earlier than you normally do. Hitting the 7-8 hour mark of sleep will make the biggest difference in your morning and on the rest of the day!👏🏻😲
Blood sugar- are you cutting out carbs, or trying to reduce a vast amount of calories, or removing a vast amount of food. Slowly add in more complex carbohydrates, some fruit, to get you feeling a bit better, and less drowsy.
Diet- if you are eating a vast amount of fast food, empty calories, boxed junk, and avoid whole foods on a daily basis you aren’t going to be thriving you will only be surviving.
Dehydration- many of your tired days could be because of your lack of water intake. Drink water every 20-30 minutes, and carry a water bottle with you wherever you go.
Stress and hormones- managing stress is huge for quality of life. Find ways to calm yourself and realign your focus on the present. Hormonal problems you are having might need to be handled by your doctor.
