@lynnecmc has absolutely blown me away. Lynne came to me a few months ago...with the goal to NOT lose weight but get #leaner , #stronger and more #toned for her wedding.
WELL..Clearly this bride to be has totally conquered and blown that goal out the water!

Read Lynn’s journey below... “I’ve completed 3 blocks of PT sessions with Michelle starting 6 months after i had my baby, with the goal to get into shape and tone up for my abroad wedding this summer. My aim was never to lose loads of weight as I managed to shed most of my #babyweight before I started PT. My main goal was to tone up get some definition and a bum back and if I lost a few cm’s along the way then great. I changed my eating habits and followed michelle recipes too. Michelle helped me with #gymworkouts and I aimed to go to gym 2-3 times a week aswel as my 1 PT session. I feel sooooo much more confident in the #Gym I now know what to do and how to use the scary looking machines lol. I’ve learnt so much about diet too through Michelle. 11 months on after having my little boy and 1 week to go till my wedding I couldn’t be happier with my #results and it’s thanks to Michelle.” Plz note..Lynn worked super hard when not with me...smashing Gym Programs provided and home workouts as well as #mealplans .

Above is Haz (@hazfitness_ ),she is 21 years old from the UK. She used to go on an extreme diet two weeks before a holiday and do excessive cardio to try and get that ‘beach body’. She was so focussed on short term results that weren’t sustainable in the long term. About a year ago she switched to weight training and she has never looked back. It’s provided a sustainable lifestyle for her, alongside a healthy mindset towards food. She lifts weights around 5 times a week and eats more than she ever did before! Despite eating more she has completely toned up her body. She never found results with purely cardio and she hated it. She now has a passion for weights, eating well and motivating others to do the same.
