So I’m back tracking my food from today 📉🍽🖊🥗
I haven’t tracked it in well over a year & my diet needs tidying up. I’m finding myself picking at biscuits when in the kitchen & crisps/chocolate etc don’t feel like treats anymore, which I actually miss, rather than just eating them whenever I want, the same goes for takeaways 🙈👀🐷 My plan is to track & focus on my calories first & still have some treats but it’s just about limiting them. Then I’ll focus on macros specifically.
Already, having my meals planned out for the day is giving me a sense of accomplishment & feeling organised is making me feel like I used to!

Daaaam bro! This morning was a challenge to ride my bike after sleepless night 🙄👹 but I made an effort and delivered. This is big thank you to my beautiful woman @katiefishlock who always keeps reminding “ you need to show your face “ ..haha and this morning I really heard her voice in my head saying this ..I have to say it did helped to get out at the front door , jump on my bike and nailed it in this sucks weather! Feeling good now though. Don’t know one what else to say guys apart from that in order to achieve things you need to put hours in, countless hours of grin. Today I got up and I moved my body. The first time in at least 8 weeks. I met my friend at the gym and I did some weights. It was so good to feel my body move again. I even closed 1 of my exercise rings!! Yay 😁 .
Honestly when you exercise you just want to eat better! Today my food consisted of a green smoothie, rice things with tomato + cheese, salad + chicken meat balls and lamb + vegetables. I’ve had 2l of water. .
I am tired. I am sore. But I am so happy to be able to exercise again! Who knew I would actually say that. Happy to be able to exercise again. But exercising for me has so much more benefit then losing weight. It really helps my mindset!
