We are trying to slowly get rid of her binky....every morning she tells me binkies are for babies and she sets it on her dresser. Then every night at bedtime she says “where’s my binky?”. I remind her she left it behind for the babies and she laughs and tells me “no way, it’s my binky!” 😂 Both of my boys kept theirs until around the age of 3, and then stopped cold turkey. I’m not sure what to do about this girl 🤷🏼♀️. Any tips/tricks for getting your little ones to give it up for good?
I can’t remember the last time I share a picture of my babies(Jaxson 7, Kennedy 2 and Lincoln 4 in picture order). Yes! We totally planned their names although we should of stuck to the traditional spelling of our first because on his homework he always spells it the traditional way. I think he’s trying to tell us something😅Today is the first day of summer and I’m looking forward to all the beach days to come and all the other adventures I will be enduring with them.
He can’t quite keep up with the older two, though he certainly tries! 😴 || Sharing this to remind myself that our first full day of summer break 2018 was a good one. My mom and I spent part of the day going through my basement. So many boxes still unpacked from our move to this new house. We uncovered countless priceless photos taken over the years that I feel so fortunate to have. 📸 Tip: I think it’s important to remember why we spend time here, on Instagram. Aside from all of the other things, it’s so important to simply document our days...you’ll thank yourself one day when you go through a lifetime of memory boxes in your basement! 😉 #summer2018#allthreeintheframe#siblinghoodlove
When he’s away at his dads I feel like parts of me are missing. Like bits and pieces of my heart are just floating around outside of me, if that makes any sense at all. He knows me better than anybody, and I am missing him fiercely right now. ✨ Sidenote: any of you have kiddos that are super attached to a certain something? For Beckham it’s his “owl blankie” and we’re about 6 years strong of taking it anywhere and everywhere we go, I secretly love it. 🙈 #staylittleforever

How cool is Lucas’ first car?
It’s his first birthday present from papa.
Can’t believe my baby boy is turning one in a week’s time. Where did all the time go? It felt like only yesterday when we brought him home for the first time from the hospital and here we are celebrating his first birthday soon.
Recently I’ve noticed how important it is to keep our pelvic floor strong, especially after babies. I’ve had to watch my mom go through multiple surgeries for pelvic floor issues all because of improper recover and rehab for her pelvic floor. It wasn’t her fault, she didn’t know...neither did I. I’ve decided to get trained on corrective exercises for pregnancy and post partum. So excited to learn how to keep my body strong before, during and after babies. I don’t think there is enough education out there for new moms. Until then, I’ve been approaching leg days with a different focus. Since leg day can do more harm than good, here are a few standard leg day exercises with pelvic floor emphasis that I’ve been experimenting with. •••
Do each exercises 3 times, add the HIIT and core for a full 30min workout. •••
P.S. after 5 months of practicing yoga, I finally got some air time in my headstand with a split! #winning 🙌🏻 ....
After workout yoga has been a game changer for my practice! Working out and yoga compliment each other so much! And I feel more in tune and focused when it’s time to get on my mat...🧘🏻♀️ <<<<<<
Underwater ribbon dancing should totally be an event in the summer Olympics! I’m not sure she’d qualify, but we’ve still got some time to perfect her moves! “Summer is like childhood; full of warm memories and gone too soon.”
Welcome to our weekly summer water loop! We are a group of moms and artists who are capturing childhood memories with water play. Each Thursday , we will share our favorite image of the week! •

So you're standing in the middle of the thunder and lightning, I know you're feeling like you just can't win, but you're trying, every storm runs, runs out of rain, just like every dark night turns into day, so hold your head up and tell yourself that there's something more, just put your feet up to the edge, put your face in the wind, and when you fall back down, keep on rememberin, every storm runs out of rain ❤️#dangerouskids#mykidsarewild#climbersofinstagram#climbers
Happy First Day of Summer indeed! So ready for sticky popsicle juice running down her hands, her fearless jumps into the pool, beach trips, tan lines, watermelon eating, and spontaneous dance parties (wait, we have those any season 😁.) #aylamydarling

Hello first day of summer ☀️! It was a hot one! Swipe to see a flashback of one of my favorite photos of E from almost exactly one year ago. She is still just as sweet, but with a little more hair 😉💗👧🏼
