I had so much fun making this cake for two of my closest friends one year anniversary!
This was my first time attempting an ombré cake! Still needs a little work but I'm v happy with how this came out. Inside of this beauty is @jenisicecreams Supermoon Ice Cream flavored cake - marbled to look like the ice cream. Vanilla Italian buttercream, fresh flowers, and a pistachio macaron to top it all off! Medicated with distillate - 1,000 mg thc🌱
I've made these breakfast potatoes every day this week, and I don't even feel bad about it! Breakfast is my all time favorite meal so I love to do it big. Do you guys ever eat the same thing several days in a row?! Toss these in a little medicated EVOO and call it a day🌱😌
I pulled up to the @939wkys station today to play small part in an amazing woman’s birthday celebration this morning. Tonight was 🔥I had a packed table and the people that filled it were some of my best friends 👯👯We all came together to celebrate life and friendship and that's all I can ask for. Here's a shot of the dessert before it was plated🍑Grilled caramelized boozy peaches. He served them with vanilla cashew ice cream and it was AMAZING.
It gave me a lot of insight seeing how prepared he was, and he absolutely killed all four courses - Great job chef!! Stay tuned guys I'll be dropping details about my own medicated prix fixe dinner coming in September🌱👀
Yesterday I spent some time roasting vegetables... TODAY I used some of them to make a quick dinner.
@tolerant.foods Gluten free chickpea pasta topped with:
Organic 90% lean ground beef
Roasted peppers and onions ( prepped yesterday)
Fresh chopped tomatoes -
Baby spinach ( a must have fridge staple I use to add greens to almost anything!)
Dusting of Parmesan -

PS HERES A PORTION CONTROL TIP: even with a gluten free pasta I am mindful about portions. To make it look like there is more pasta then there actually is I put pasta on the plate first ( for those using containers this is 1.5 yellow) then I put the veggies and meat in the middle so the pasta sticks out on the sides. Looks like a lot of pasta righ?! Nope!😉👏🏾👍🏾)
