It's no secret: I'm the queen of winging it. Motherhood, being a colorful girlboss, and all the little parts of life. It's such an important reminder for us all that we become a balanced amount of intentional + planned, but most importantly, flexible 😘 #quoteoftheday
Each piece here at Brave Sunday is made with you in mind-light, feminine, and effortless. Pieces are painted, sanded, filled by my own two hands and each holds a small piece of my heart. ❤️ This berry wood gem necklace is the ultimate feminine joy!
"The moon is a loyal companion. It never leaves. It’s always there, watching, steadfast, knowing us in our light and dark moments, changing forever just as we do. Every day it’s a different version of itself. Sometimes weak and wan, sometimes strong and full of light. The moon understands what it means to be human. Uncertain. Alone. Cratered by imperfections." ~Tahereh Mafi
Alright guys, lets be really honest for a few seconds. I love Asia but it is so hot and humid here. 😅 I’ve drove pass this mountain many times and convinced Binh to take me here to get a photo, little did we know it turned out to be the Marble Mountains⛰. I thought if we walked all the way up we would be able to get a good view but half way, Binh and I almost passed out from the heat. The heat is so joke here! 😵 Giving major props to all the bloggers that can get those amazing shots! #doitforthegram

L I M I T E D ✨ For those who like one of a kind pieces: We had a wee bit of the super-soft-like-wool brushed cotton fabric left and decided to make it into cream tops.
We only had enough to make TWO size Smalls — who will be the lucky two to take them home? 🐑 ——

Have you read anything by Paula Hawkins? I’ve just finished Into the Water and I thought it was brilliant. It has the three things I enjoy most in a book: a compelling mystery, gothic imagery and rebellious women.
The story is set in a small town named Beckford, home to an eerie expanse of water called the drowning pool, which for centuries has been the location of a number of curious deaths and suicides. It begins with the death of Nel, a woman who was obsessed with the drowning pool and its dark history. We see the events through many perspectives, spanning different time periods, told in both first and third person narratives. At first I wondered if that would be a little overwhelming, but each perspective is seamlessly woven together - with some voices more prominent than others - making for an excellent mystery that’s uncovered piece by piece.
I’d love to hear your thoughts if you’ve read it. ♥
“In between the line where things go from void to existence, there is a profound depth of possibility. This is not a blue bottle is the allegory of a fragrant big bang, a journey from the abstract to the most fiery of emotions in the infinite realm of blue.” #ionthedistrict#histoiresdeparfums#arthistory
“You set my life a whirling, darlin’, when you’re twirling on the floor. And who cares about tomorrow? What more is tomorrow than just another day when you swept me away?” // @theavettbrothers .

Makeup Review: Essence Superfine Waterproof Eyeliner Pen (R59) and Liquid Ink Waterproof Eyeliner (R54). When it comes to buying eyeliners, lipliners and mascara's, Essence is my go-to brand. Not only are these products from Essence brilliant quality, but their prices are also budget-friendly.
The Liquid Ink Eyeliner has a semi-thick applicator that distributes product evenly. The actual liquid is smooth, not too watery and pigmented. It takes around a minute to fully dry and it stays in place the entire day - no transfer, no smudging, no cracking and barely any fading. The only con is that this product feels a little tight and drying on my lids. Despite this, I still think this is a great option for those who enjoy thicker lines of eyeliner on their lids. Because the brush isn't tapered, I do have to swipe off some of the excess liquid before application. Repurchase? Probably not because a) I don't like that tight feeling and b) I prefer the Superfine Eyeliner Pen.
The Superfine Eyeliner Pen is a firm favourite. As the name implies, the pen tip is very fine. Similar to the previous eyeliner, the liquid is pigmented, smooth and not too watery. I love this pen because it's perfect for tight-lining above the line. I have semi-hooded eyelids so this product is near perfect for me. The only con is that it sometimes skips on loose skin. Repurchase? Yes!
