Feast your eyes on more noodles because I've been on a noodle rampage lately! @panpan_noodle_bar serves a variety of dry noodles and noodle soup to satisfy your noodle cravings; the rice noodles are silky and the broth is so flavourful, you'd be tempted to drink the whole thing! Make sure you keep swiping to see the cutest pandas! 🐼
The first bowl is Meat Sauce Volcano (Zha Jiang noodle) - $8.99 - One of my fave dishes that I must try every noodle place I go. I recommend that you mix well and add the extra chili oil for all you spicy lovers out there. Although the word 'volcano' seems intimidating, the spice level is mild and can definitely be brought up to your own liking. 🔥
Rice Noodle Soup with Pickled Greens - $11.99 - Well cooked noodles, flavourful broth, and picked veggies are all the things I love in noodle soup. This hearty bowl has definitely got me slurping all the noodles and it's super satisfying! I am also one who LOVES pickled greens , so if you're not into the pickled/tangy flavours , make sure you don't let this sit for too long because the pickled flavours will change the taste of the soup.
Finally, a special thank you to @tofoodiefriends for hosting and @panpan_noodle_bar for the delicious food (not to mention the cutest and heart-warming decor). #panpannoodlebar#tofoodiefriends
Amausaan Uji Matcha is an international matcha dessert chain which originated from Kyoto that finally opened in Toronto!! 🇯🇵🍵 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Got to enjoy a few of their items, pictured here is their mille crepe cake 👌🏼👌🏼 and shiratama sundae! Their shiratama was one of the chewiest ones I had in Toronto, and I also liked how their sundae had roasted rice crispies instead of granola! My initial comment was that I wanted a more bitter matcha flavoured ice cream, but the owner later came over and told us that you can actually request for different levels of bitterness for the matcha! Really excited to try their stronger matcha flavour next time 😋 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1️⃣ Soft opening: 10% off entire menu
2️⃣ Grand Opening Event: Sept 22nd at 4pm. The first 100 people will receive a free soft serve or drink (Matcha Latte or Imperial Uji Matcha) and then 50% off for the next 100 people! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
A big thanks to @hong_marketing and @amausaanujimatchacanada for a great event! 😊 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Caught the perfect lighting here with the sun ☀️ beaming down 👌👌I should have known better to get my tea hot instead of cold since the ice deludes the flavour of the tea 😄 couldn't get a good taste of it.
NoooOodles 😍😍 this place is no longer a bakery and now sells Malaysian and HK food. Being Malaysian myself, finding good Malay food in Toronto is tough but this place always hits the spot 👍🏻 I’ll be sharing some of my other favs in the near future but must tries are: Belacan Okra with Shrimp, Laksa, and the Malay or KL fried noodles. I recommend eating here family style and prices may seem a little steep for asian food ($11-15) but the portions are massive! I’ve only tried their Malay menu so I can’t say anything about their other menus but they have a lot of choices for you to choose from. 🍜
