Top 5 Tactics for Eating Out
1. DO your hardest workout of the week on the day of your meal. For me, this is a leg session followed by an incline walk. This demands the most calories & this negates your meal calories the most.
2. BE the designated driver. This takes the temptation of alcohol out of the equation.
3. TRY intermittent fasting on the day. This will decrease your window of eating & therefore will naturally drop your calories.
4. PICK meals with high protein & vegetable based sides. That Mac and Cheese side is tempting but by switching it for green beans will save you a tonne of calories whilst giving you your missing macros.
5. DROP your calories the day after but maintain high protein levels. Priorities lean protein whilst still creating a big calorie deficit to eat into the surplus from the night before.

Dit is zeker handig als je dit ook dezelfde dag opeet. Echter is dit vaak niet het geval en maken mensen voedsel voor dagen. Bereide voeding kan je maximaal 3 dagen in de koelkast bewaren mits vacuum verpakt om de voedingsstoffen te behouden. Als je het op een andere manier bewaard zullen er per dag steeds meer voedingstoffen verdwijnen. Wat je vaak ziet bij prof atleten is dat ze voeding voor 1 dag in het voren maken zodat je maximaal van je voeding kunt herstellen. Dus als je maximaal gebruik wil maken van al het eten wat je consumeert maak dan alleen je maaltijd 24 uur in het voren als je het niet vacuüm gaat verpakken of gaat invriezen. Jokes aside, having abs is a great feeling. It’s also a great goal to work towards!
However, if you think abs will give you long term happiness you might want to re-jig that thought process. Being lean is a great feeling don’t get me wrong, but the process can be long and a battle at times. The true value in a transformation comes after the “After” shot. When that person realises they are going to maintain a leaner, stronger and healthier body... and have just achieved something they may have failed at before.

Gotta keep stepping up your game. Reach a new level. Push to the next. Hold yourself in higher regard. My body is now capable of things it once was not capable of. All due to pushing through the doubt and pain. It’s a horrible feeling to be unhealthy. On the flip-side, it’s immeasurable how good it feels to be healthy. Makes it that much sweeter having the perspective and knowing what it took to take ownership and earn the health!!! It’s a feeling I will share with as many people as I can... to help them experience the same!!

Second trip to the gym in almost 2 months and I still swell up well🙏🏼 Not bad for a 42 year old husband/dad. I finally see myself the way my wife sees me. She is always there to pick me up and has removed my self conscious blinders.
