My Disney dim sum dream came true today! This is for hardcore Disney fans looking for a cute experience; trying to fill yourself at Crystal Lotus is going to cost you a pretty penny. Wasn’t the best dim sum I’ve ever tasted, but it sure was the most adorable 😍

The first ramen food truck on Maui! Pictured is the miso ramen, mandoo (all handmade!), and bulgogi wontons. I added the pork chashu to my ramen, which was the best decision ever. It was cooked so perfectly, the fat and meat were so soft it just melts in your mouth.
