Keys to a Successful Transformation by @ascension_aesthetics -
Transformations are not easy! I am talking from experience because I used to be 315 pounds when I was in high school! -
However there are a lot of keys to success when it comes to transforming the way you look. It can be tough to be patient when you want results now. -
To start things off, you should always have a vision or a goal in mind that you want to reach. Starting something without an end in mind will take you down a never ending path! It is also easier to stay on track when you know exactly what you want to look like at the end of your journey. -
Have a plan of attack! Don’t just go from one day to the next aimlessly without having any clue what you are doing. Have a plan and stick to it! -
Be patient! Rome wasn’t built in a day and neither is anyones dream body. Be patient and persistent, give yourself time and don’t try an rush things or else you will end up giving up. -
Enjoy the process. Too many people want to wake up the next morning with a six pack! This is not possible! Slow down and enjoy the time it takes to reach your goal. It makes it a lot sweeter when you get to where you want to be. You feel much more accomplished and happy with yourself. Don’t think of dieting as punishment, thats a terrible mindset to have! You should genuinely want to reach your goals. -
Don’t freak out over one bad day. Just get back on track and move on. Don’t do anything drastic either, if you mess up it isn’t a huge deal, get back to your routine and keep killing it. -
If you need guidance don’t be afraid to reach out to a coach if you need help! Even if you are a very experienced lifter/dieter, you can always learn more things from a mentor. My coach taught me a lot about dieting and lifting, never let your ego get in the way. (S/O @peter_bowman) -
Last but not least, WORK HARD AND DONT GIVE UP. -

Been following @christianguzmanfitness summershredding vlogs. Now to be carried on and taken even further with @emiostia to push myself and take things to the next level by stepping on stage this November to do a bodybuilding competition - Something I thought I would never have the confidence to do being such a shy guy all my life, but you need to step out of your comfort zone to see yourself grow as a person.
Message me if you’re interested in making a change and want any help.
I screamed into my jacket as I got home, I couldn’t stop. I ripped my clothes off and tore them in my rush. As I screamed it was muffled by years of pain and flashbacks. I sounded like I was dying... I ripped into my skin with my claws trying to peel off the now filthy disgusting feeling of being violated and his finishing triumph which was rubbed into my back. Screaming I can’t stop screaming and shaking.
I ripped two nails off trying to clean myself....
I didn’t care.... more soap more clawing... more screaming... after an hour I fell out of the bath... in pain... it hurt downstairs... I felt it hurt from him... I had been through this hell before.. I hated it.
I considered my mothers blades she used for craft, run them down my wrists. For old times sake?...
I screamed more.
I sunk down into the floor into the patch on the floor of my tears and closed my eyes... screaming more.
Silent screaming.... Still not strong.
Still not over it yet...
