They were so welcoming, told him to push any button he wanted, the pilot got out of his seat so Carson could sit there and play with the joystick, and he told us if we need absolutely anything during the flight to let him know. I don’t usually post this late but I have to take a minute and tell you my amazing mattress story. 2 1/2 years ago I bought a maytress from @saatva. At first it was awesome then about the 2 year mark it sank in the middle worse than Grand Cannon. I went on FB and left a review. It wasnt ugly I just could not recommend my $1200 mattress that I could not sleep on after 2 years. It wasnt an hour after I left the review they replied and wanted my email address. The next day they emailed wanting my phone number. 2 days after that they were on the phone telling me even though I was 6 months past my warranty they wanted to help me resolve my problem!! Long story short within 2 weeks they showed up on my door step with a brand new mattress and hauled off the old one and without any expense to me!!! So far the mattress is perfect! No complaints. Not sure of what the future holds for it BUT I can tell you I have NEVER experience that kind of customer service and real concern over making sure I received a mattress to fit my needs. How many companies are left with that kind of integrity?
