Chicken Korma with Naan Bread. I always have my curries with Naan Bread since I’m not a fan of normal rice (except for fried rice though) as I think it’s bland but yous do it with rice. I made this dish since I had a curry paste pot still in the cupboard and some chicken breast in the freezer. So thought I make this bad boy and it’s delicious. You just need onions, 3 garlic cloves, 3 or 4chicken breast, a korma curry paste (I use the ratak pot but homemade will do if you have it and recommend it too since it’s better), coconut milk, double cream (just a little bit) a teaspoon of sugar and salt/pepper at the end if it’s needed. And there you go it’s easy. Best to shear the chicken before adding the milk & cream to slimmer away for a few minutes, otherwise the chicken will be dry. You can do it with thighs too. But it’s easy to do and worth ur time. It’s a quick dish to cook, so easy to do. Definitely recommend it! #chickenkorma#curry#currydish#indianfood#naanbread#food#foodporn#foodpic#dinner#cooking#foodie#foodgasm
Creamy peanut curry bowl with a tropical twist. Basmati rice, which is the healthiest according to #Ayurveda as it balances all doshas, with veggie curry in my signature peanut sauce, side colorful salad and patacones or green plantains for a crunchy side. I like to generously add #turmeric to my dishes, and incredibly healing herb that is very versatile, anti-inflammatory and just healthy all around. I usually cook it with a dash of with pepper, which activates the curcumin or the healing properties of turmeric.
