Как на счёт пирога с курей и брокколи?🍗🥦 Вам понадобится:
* Слоеное тесто;
* Куриная грудка;
* Брокколи;
* Шампиньоны - 5 штучек;
* Помидоры «Черри» - 9 штучек;
* Сливки 25% - 150 мл;
* Яйцо - 2 штучки;
* Сыр
♨️Слоеное тесто распределяем по форме, отправляем в духовку, разогретую до 180 градусов, на 10-15 минут.
♨️ Тем временем обжариваем курочку.
♨️ Обжариваем грибы.
♨️ Отвариваем брокколи.
♨️ В форму с тестом выкладываем курицу, грибы и брокколи, перемешиваем.
♨️ Добавляем помидорки (я разрезаю пополам).
♨️ Заливаем все заливкой из сливок, яиц и тертого сыра.
♨️Отправляем пирог в духовку на 30 минут.

Peach crumble 
Filling 
1 peach
1 teaspoon of honey 
1 tablespoon lemon juice 
Crumb topping 
1 cup granola
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon cinnamon sugar
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
1 tablespoon of butter melted

Mix the filling all together. And then in a separate bowl mix all the crumb topping ingredients. Pour the filling and top with crumble. Bake in the oven at 400 for 10 mins.

Thank you all so much for your support on my post yesterday! Today is my first day of my first lab in Culinary school! I'm putting this whole furthering-education in my self-care life category since it's just for me as a hobby - not a future career or anything. (Also, any other ENFPs out there categorize *everything* in their lives?)

I'm taking one lab class this semester and it's once a week for 5 hours... and supposedly this is when all the good stuff happens. I'm not sure what all happens in culinary school since this is my first week, but I'm hoping it involves things like learning knife skills and how to cut an onion without crying (wait - is that even possible?). In all seriousness, one of my goals is to finally learn how to sauté garlic without burning it. I'm pretty pitiful in the kitchen as it is. But! Here's to hoping that will soon change!

So much fun teaching 20+ soon-to-be chefs about honey, wax, and pollen today @CulinaryLabOC in Tustin California (where I’m the Culinary Gardener.)
We learned where each come from/how each are made, how to harvest with respect to the work bees do to cultivate all, as well as the nutritional and medicinal benefits of each. (*If you’re in Los Angeles, this course will be upcoming @GourmandiseLA ). I shared 6 (!!!) 😳wow-worthy honeys, and mead —  none like a t you’ve had before. We also sampled some pretty special comb, and discussed original ways to weave honey through food and beverage menus. 
I stressed that 8lbs of honey is required to make 1 (ONE!) single ounce of wax, and that a bee will make merely 1/12th of a teaspoon of honey in her 5-week short life. These students didn’t waste a drop of either, and every wax capping was saved to feed back to the bees. #ZeroWaste
We demonstrated the electric uncapping knife, and the beauty of simply using a fork. We spun old school, in an Italian drum spinner that held only two frames at a time. 💪
I believe every chef needs a garden/beehive — every garden/beehive, a chef. The closer each of us is connected to our food, the more true to its essence, and creative we can become. I hope I inspired a few new gardeners and beekeepers today.
Perhaps most importantly, we discussed how chefs have incredible powers to educate consumers and steer them toward local, seasonal, and sustainable food sources in ways others can’t —THE reason I’m so passionate about working with chefs. The enthusiasm, attention and commitment were high (credit to @CulinaryLabOC ). Today could not have been sweeter. 😍 And yes, I washed those single-use plastic cups we used for mead tasting, for re-use! 💪
