The earliest known recipes for a dish similar to hummus bi tahina are recorded in cookbooks written in Cairo in the 13th century. A cold purée of chickpeas with vinegar and pickled lemons with herbs, spices, and oil, but no tahini or garlic, appears in the Kanz al-Fawa'id fi Tanwi' al-Mawa'id; and a purée of chickpeas and tahini called hummus kasa appears in the Kitab Wasf al-Atima al-Mutada: it is based on puréed chickpeas and tahini, and acidulated with vinegar (though not lemon), but it also contains many spices, herbs, and nuts, and no garlic. It is also served by rolling it out and letting it sit overnight, which presumably gives it a very different texture from hummus bi tahina. Indeed, its basic ingredients—chickpeas, sesame, lemon, and garlic—have been eaten in the region for millennia.Though chickpeas were widely eaten in the region, and they were often cooked in stews and other hot dishes, puréed chickpeas eaten cold with tahini do not appear before the Abbasid period in Egypt and the Levant.
After a long day at work , favourite food in the dinner is like a remedy for a tired soul. South Indian Platter which includes Dosa, vada, idli and uttapam is served hot along with a stuffing of potato , coconut chutney and lip smacking sambhar ,it is certainly a cuisine which is savoured by every Indian .Originating from the Southern India , Dosa is found in a number of varieties all over India.Sambhar Dosa being a staple food in Kerela and Tamilnadu is enjoyed by the locals in it's 'sweet 'authentic taste , while the North Indians prefer the salty version of Dosa. Never the less , Dosa can cater to all the diversified needs of the Indian Society be it a family dinner or a function, it is always 'first' on the menu. Usually , vada and idli are the light starters while Sambhar Dosa makes the maincourse perfect.🍴 .

The chicken peri peri and the garlic prawn were what we ordered. Topped with fresh ingredients in abundance, the pizzas look great for the presentation. It's a treat to look at. To taste? You can actually give this place a try. The cheese is chewy than cheesy. We tend to like the latter.
Ambience is something you can actually go for. The decor is done in pink and black with symbols depicting a kangaroo and a...what was it? A koala or a wombat. Some other marsupial. Because Australia right! XD
