Ayer en el taller de cocina además de las 6 recetas planificadas les enseñé a las chicas preparar este crumble de manzanas y peras! Lo hicieron ellas, yo no hice nada más que indicarles el paso a paso!
Asi que te regalo a vos también esta receta mega fácil que puede ser un desayuno, un postre o snack!
- 2 manzanas 🍎 - 1 pera 🍐
No las pelamos porque eran de @jardin_organico
Para el crumble:
- 3 cdas de avena
- 2 cdas de aceite de coco
- 1/2 cda de miel - canela a gusto
- 1 cda de coco rallado
1- Cortar la fruta con una mandolina
2- disponer sobre una placa para horno (de vidrio o cerámica). Exprimir un poco de limón por encima y espolvorear un poco de canela
3- en un bowl mezclar con las manos los ingredientes del crumble. La avena tiene que quedar húmeda del aceite y miel
4- Colocar el crumble sobre la fruta y llevar a un horno medio hasta dorar
Fácil, rápido, ideal para aprovechar las manzanas y peras riquísimas del momento!
We were quite excited to try this place. First impressions often make it all and certainly the hostess ruined it completely. In fact on her performance she would have deserved to be fired.
Although there is a magnificent open plan kitchen in my opinion it is not used properly as only visible in the entry room with a few tables and a nice looking but uncomfortable bar. The main seating area has a good vibe and the waiters were quite nice and professional. I suggest to integrate the kitchen into the overall dining experience it would make it so much better. Having one more like me in the group we ordered way too much food and we felt that quite quickly. In general my lasting impression was that the food was overcomplicated with too many ingredients and techniques on the same plate and quite rich dishes. A lot of effort went into presentation but for me it somehow all didn't meld well. The pork cheek was very nice however, the cauliflower divine, nice bread and the smoked creme brullee with the flambe brandy was a nice way to end. Nice wine list. In all too much fuss about nothing much and was put off from the start...
