When front squatting, keep your elbows ⬆️ high and sit the bar so it’s touching your neck. The bar will be resting on your shoulders and clavicle - ***if this is 😖 painful, see previous posts for how to solve***. When standing up from the bottom of the squat, be sure to keep your elbows up and ❌ don’t round your back and fall forward. Use your elbows to help you drive up - if you can use a full grip, it’s really helpful with that drive. Follow @_omecha for more.

After three years off from competing I convinced myself to do the @thewodapalooza qualfiers and with my team @amygeeeeee and @kerrycrivello we are going to miami! 😳. Of course it has to be a three day extremely hard competition for my first back...... Now to find time to train. 🦒

Produce:
1 Cup shredded Zucchini
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Refrigerated:
7 Eggs
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Baking & Spices:
3/4 Cup Almond Flour
1/2 tbsp Baking Powder
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Dairy:
2 tbsp KerryGold Butter
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese
1 oz Cream Cheese
1 1/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
| Recipe |
1. Preheat Oven to 400 degrees and grease a 7x11 baking dish
2. Combine KerryGold Butter, Cream Cheese, and Mozzarella Cheese in a large bowl
3. Microwave for 1 minute intervals and stir in between each interval until all of it’s melted and the mixture is dough like texture
4. Once mixture is the proper texture, add in the almond flour, baking powder and egg
5. Using your hands, knead the dough until it becomes uniform
6. Once dough is thoroughly combined, spread it into the bottom of the greased baking dish
7. Throw this in the oven for about 10-15 minutes and cook until golden brown - remove from the oven and drop the oven temp to 350 degrees
8. While it’s baking, add a dash of salt to zucchini, wait 5 minutes, and smash out the excess liquid from the zucchini
9. Top the “breaded” layer with cooked and crumbled sausage, shredded zucchini, and cheddar cheese
10. In separate bowl, whisk the remaining 6 eggs 
11. Pour eggs over the sausage, cheese and zucchini mixture
12. Place in oven - bake for 20 minutes or until eggs are fully cooked
13. Enjoy!!

Завершение дня - вечерний спринт. 20 калорий байк + 20 берпи через штангу лицом к ней. Время - 60 секунд. Считаю их очень полезными в тренировочном плане любого атлета. Кто был на соревнованиях - знает, как важны считанные секунды, очки, зачастую отделяющие победителя от проигравшего. Подобные спринты помогают адаптироваться к таким нагрузкам, помогают подготовить как тело, так и мозг. Иногда это чертовски тяжело. Но это стоит того.

Затем сразу с 125 до 140 кг включительно, также с шагом 5 кг, каждые 90 секунд выполнять 1 фронтальный присед. Дальше каждые 2 минуты добавлять +5 кг до первого провала. Новый рекорд 170!😈 Начало успешной недели положено😊
