Haven’t been posting lately as I’ve been concentrating on my online coaching business and dieting, started this cut at 105kg and loosing 2/2.5kg per week easily without a real drop in the numbers I’m lifting, it’s been a really nice diet so far and I’ve just about got through the fat boy stage (no abs even remotely visible, that’s the easy part of the diet) and Im now at the exciting part of the diet where every single week I’ll be able to see more and more definition appear, if anyone’s interested in being coached on how to achieve your body shape/fitness goals in or out of the gym drop me an email with the email button in bio!
