Admittedly, I’m very nervous of being popped and cracked... 😬🙈 but I’m a bit desperate for some relief. Wish me luck!

Deuxième fail de cette semaine, courbatures de la veille over-violentes sur les cuisses et le bas du dos, quand j'ai vu les pistols squats, j'ai pleuré intérieurement.
Quand je les ai fait, j'ai pleuré mais j'ai réussi à en placer 2 quasi propres grâce à une technique de contrepoids en tenant un poids de 5kg devant moi (ouais j'ai un gros cul!) Merci @boris_bernard pour l'astuce !
Le Wod je suis parti sur les 30kg pour les Clusters mais le reste c'était en scale direct, pompes sur les genoux, pistols avec le pieds en dessous du mollet.
Je pense que Romain qui a fait -27 il a été gentil pour pas que je sois à nouveau dernier !

The seated cable row is a great conditioning and hypertrophy exercise to build up your lats and upper back muscles. -
I am using bilateral cable row. That means using two single handles while pulling. -
As you can see it is building up the back muscles. For me I use this as a General physical preparedness exercise. It isolates the back muscles more than the Bent over row. Therefore it becomes hypertrophy or armour building. 4 sets of 10 reps.

⭕Superavit calorico, cosume más calorias de las que tu cuerpo necesita al día. De un 10% a un 15% está bien.
⭕1.6 a 2.2 gr de proteina multiplicado por tu peso en libras, eso te dará la cantidad de proteina que tu cuerpo necesita al día.
⭕ El 80% de tu alimentación debe ser comida real y el otro 20% puedes darte un gusto sin abusar.
⭕ La frecuencia de entrenamiento debe ser de 2 a 3 días por grupo muscular a la semana.
⭕Realiza de 3 a 6 series por ejercicio.
⭕Descansa adecuadamente, de 6 a 8horas de sueño continuo, si no descansas lo suficiente todo lo anterior no servirá de nada.

It is particularly important with pressing overhead and hanging from a bar. 💪🏼 If you are a crossfitter this is especially important as we spend a lot of time in a hanging position and overhead. 💪🏼 Adhesion and dysfunction of this muscle will lead to pain in the front of the shoulder, Limited shoulder range of motion, and increased stress on the labrum and internal health of the shoulder. 💪🏼 Treating this while it is still an adhesion and muscle problem is straight forward with expert care. Waiting until it becomes a labrum or cartilage problem is surgical 👨‍⚕️🔪. 💪🏼 If you have been having continued shoulder pain without relief, schedule your appointment today for an evaluation and to bring treatment.
