Hi y’all. I’ve been having some creative roadblocks associated with my anxiety (which have been affecting this project and my creative practice) so there haven’t been as many resources as I would like lately. But I realize I need to stop worrying so much about whether or not one thing is going to reach more people than another. It can be difficult at times to push forward an idea because it’s one of many and I don’t know what it is that will resonate most with others.
So today I’m just going to share a podcast episode I was listening to that I thought spoke to this situation I’m feeling caught up in.
Jen Gotch is the creator of the very popular lifestyle brand ban.do. She recently started this mental health podcast and I’m finding the episodes I’ve listened to are both comforting and silly.
