I recently discovered @littletailoress podcast which I love, and it’s really inspired me to get on with my neglected craft projects. And I’ve also decided to start writing my blog again, which has been abandoned for the last few years. The last few months have been difficult, but I’m feeling positive 😀#loveknitting#lovesewing#positive#craftingmakesmehappy
Here's another example of looking gorgeous for the holidays without breaking the bank! This black velvet floor length dress was picked up at Goodwill for $5. Price of rhinestone somewhere around $15 (I did this one several years ago).
👗Wow factor: priceless
👗gluing rhinestones to velvet is easy
👗I have rhinestones in stock so you can refresh a dress and look gorgeous, too! (Link in my bio)
Well, we had plans to finish the desks for office/guest room/craft room. The table top we were planning on is sold out...as are the other “backup” colors. So, I decided to start working in some DIY gifts. First up, my son’s teacher. She loves Disney and one of the items on her “wish list” was binder clips. I picked up these black and red, large binder clips at Office Depot on Black Friday. They screamed Mickey Mouse...so I dressed them up a bit. .
There are a few things I will like to do before I die, paint a mural in a city wall, voice over a cartoon (I have a very animated cartoonish voice), illustrate a children book, have my own boutique of handmade items and art gallery. And then I can die knowing that I left behind something I'm proud of.
Until then I'll keep my head above the water hoping I make as many kids happy with my face painting and art😊
I’m still deep into Pompoms this season. Somehow, I can’t shake them. And I’ve made a cotton candy table in the craft room that literally serves no purpose except to make me happy. Who wants to know how to make one? Give me an emoji of a rainbow in the comments. 🌈
It’s Day 4 on our 25 Days to Christmas! 🎄🎅🏻❤️💚
Today we’re showing you this super unique DIY perfect for those industrial decor lovers 💕
Using a jar and led candle from @dollartree, plus a candle ring from @hobbylobby, a small wood slice and epsom salt, and finally a light cage from @menardshomeimprovement 😎
