Mesut Özil on his time at Arsenal:
“It’s not always been easy but it’s always been special. When I first arrived here I was very excited and a little bit nervous as well. It was always a new chapter and at the end of the day I was very happy to play for such a big club like Arsenal and meet all my team-mates.”🔥
Are you happy Özil signed for Arsenal last minute?👇

The young winger/striker has been on fire for Lille this season who are in 2nd so far in Ligue 1.
He would be a great signing and is a future prospect!
Should we sign him?
📰🔴 Mesut on his life at Arsenal:
"It's not always been easy, but it has always been special.
When I first arrived here, I was very excited and a little bit nervous as well. It was always a new chapter, and at the end of the day, I was very happy to play for such a big club like Arsenal and meet all my team-mates."
"When I first arrived at the training ground, outside there were so many people. They were waiting for me. It was very special, and it was a very good moment for me. The feeling was amazing, even the first game at the Emirates was so special for me. All the fans supported me until now, and I'm really grateful and appreciative of that." 🙏🏼
"I just heard, that the club hadn’t won this trophy (the FA Cup) for many years, so it was very special for me and for my team, because it was our first title. It was important to continue this work, and as a player you work for titles. If you win at the end of the season, you’re happy, because you really have worked for that, and you want to reach your goals. At the end of the day, we were happy with the team. It was special, not just for us, but for the fans as well. We keep trying to win trophies to make us and the fans happy." 🙏🏼🔴
Leno was written off by some before the season due to isolated mistakes in Germany & then had to wait for his chance to prove humself. Since he’s been introduced, he’s been one of our most reliable performers, has integrated well & is now on Deserved International duty with Germany.
Huge credit to him putting his head down and working his way up! 🔥

Ex player spotlight:
Thierry was born in Les Ulis on 17 August 1977 in France and grew up there. He began his senior career at Monaco and stayed there for 5 years scoring 20 goals in 105 games, Monaco is also where Thierry first ever played under Arsene Wenger, his next location was Turin, Italy playing for the Old Lady, Juventus where he played 16 games and scored a measly 3 goals, but his time in Italy was premature as only a year later he was jetting off to London to play under Arsene Wenger once again where he began a forever footballing legend, he was very prolific and used his intense speed to score a lot of goals, in his 8 year stint with the mighty gunners and he went over a whole season without losing a single game, won 2 fa cups and 2 premier leagues. He then left for Barcelona and didn’t achieve much, and also left for Red Bull New York to retire but that wasn’t it for Thierry as he still played for arsenal 4 more times and scored his final ever goal for them. Finally he had decent international career, winning a World Cup for France, and now not doing very well as current Monaco manger. Big up Thierry Henry🔴⚪️ hope you guys enjoyed my first post
