Things that are good for you: hanging off stuff for fun, spinning while hanging off stuff for fun, getting a little push from your instructor, supporting one another by giving a little push, being of service to others, stretching, trusting yourself not to fall while hanging off stuff, learning to enjoy spinning while hanging off stuff 😅 simply being present and enjoying the moment. Me time. You time. Not thinking about work/stress/chores/problems time. Making time for YOURSELF ♥️ Being mindful, present in the moment. All through a simple suspended steel hoop. #aerialhooplove Video from the flexible @lolhunt32 😍
Holiday!! Having a lovely time in the UK, more precisely The Cotswolds. It's absolutely wonderful out here. We are staying in a tiny little house (pic 2) next to a beautiful house (pic 3)
Loving this new feature on IG. We’ll be posting it around our @moretonshow stand in the retail tent on 1st September to make it easier for you to follow us.
The butterflies are our logo (not the emoji 🦋 !) because no matter how small or plain a caterpillar can be, it always turns into a beautifully created butterfly. Our work in @imaginesewbeautiful is created from an idea (whether it be yours, yours and ours together, or ours) and transforming it into a beautiful piece of #machineembroidery art. The real test is manipulating the different computer softwares to make the final piece perfect, and the machine definitely has the easiest part to play! It’s probably why I always find it so mesmerising to watch as I know what went on behind the scenes to get to that stunning creation.
One of those days where the summer heat seems long ago and everything is soaked. Puddles of water and a morning landscape drenched.
The signs of early Autumn are starting to overtake those of late summer. #seasonchange#rain#august#cotswolds#wetmorning
This is The Cotswolds, photographed in low cloud last weekend.
David, myself and Julia and Lynn our fabulous volunteers are out regularly checking our Trails and enjoying our walks. We have the privilege of working with a living and working landscape.
On Sunday David headed to the Cotswolds to check our Eyford Solitude trail. You can enjoy it on our Complete Cotswolds or Taste of The Cotswolds tours.
Guests had reported back a recent diversion to the path. We wanted to check it.
We love the peacefu and beautiful little Cotswolds hamlets you will encounter on route (smaller than villages) and of course Upper Slaughter pictured here with its water, ford and little bridge. " It was a cloudy day when I walked, but there was still so much beauty to see and enjoy. " David told me. " The recent rains are restoring England's greenness once again." David headed back to base to rewrite than he trail and ensure it was ready for Deborah to post out to guests in their Walk and Explore Boxes this week.

I love holidays like this. Slow, leisurely walks. Breakfast which lasted til almost lunchtime. Chats with the pub owner who convinced me that they serve the best sticky toffee pudding (sorry The Salthouse ...😮) Castle Combe. I’m speechless.
Defined by the bedrock of Jurassic limestone that creates this type of golden coloured Cotswold stone, the entire village is enchanting.
Mr. A has already asked a local: “Which month do you normally get many tourists?” Meaning we are definitely coming back...and surely will avoid those months!
