"Today we reached the small, but equally mighty milestone of 500 followers (thanks to @purelycornish who tipped us over the half century mark). A HUGE thank you to each and every one of you for your support, kind words and love of bloomin' good gin. #farmshops#craftgin#cornishgin#cornwall#gin "
The Scottish highlands is one of the most beautiful places on 🌏. This photo was taken on the river findhorn, just south east of Inverness. The salmon numbers on this river, have drastically decreased this year, with the hot summer combined with the seals in the mouth of the river.

WATER IS MEDICINE 🌊
I was brought up on the south coast, lived by the sea during my travelling days, and had my babies in Brighton. I always appreciated my life by the sea but didn't realise just how much I depended on it for my total well-being.
For six years until 2016 we lived in the most beautiful part of the Cotswolds. Despite making lovely friends and having gorgeous countryside right on our doorstep, I really struggled not being able to quickly get to the coast when I needed a boost of Vitamin Sea.
Despite the upheaval involved, and thanks to a very supportive husband, me and my little family moved back to the coast two years ago. We all love Falmouth and Cornwall, and we're so lucky to live just a hop, skip and a jump from the waterfront. I'm not bragging about this, I will just never take it for granted, ever.
Water really IS medicine! Do you feel this way too?
