If you suffer from lower back pain or fatigue, here is a basic yet super effective strengthening & mobility exercise.
Lower back pain usually comes from
1. Weak core therefor bad posture OR
2. Tightness in their hips and lower back due to bad posture.
This move helps mobilize the spine and pelvis while strengthening your posterior chain. *you can see how I gradually increase the height of my hips every couple of reps. Do this until you feel strong enough to go to full height without your back taking strain or losing your posture.

Are you taking vitamin C supplements? In a study it showed adverse effects on the development of endurance performance.
You may want to reduce the intake and/or time its consumption not right after your endurance training.
Get out and try something new. I haven’t tried doing this move in about two years and was SHOCKED how much stronger I had become at holding this! I haven’t been working out specifically to do this, but through a disciplined approach to improving my core strength and shoulder strength I felt EVERYTHING connecting to make this happen!
Since January I have put on 3 lbs of muscle and dropped 1.5% body fat. FOOD is number one, in supplementing before, after workouts and in low inflammation foods. DEDICATION to working out smarter means I do Strength Training 3 days of the week using my Bodyweight, Kettlebells and Sandbags. It’s about working or smarter AND harder!
What are working on growing towards? Are putting dedicated work daily? If you want to improve you must be dedicated!
