Every year during the month of October many different charities increase awareness of the disease and to raise funds for research into its cause, prevention, diagnosis, treatment and cure.

Ben & Jessica joined the C.O.R.E. Boot Camp last fall and have been coming to classes twice a week regularly. As a couple they love to travel on adventures while backpacking & hiking. Their training with the boot camp has helped them get stronger & have more endurance which = more fun during their trips. Keep up the good work ‼️
Intermittent fasting (AKA Time Restricted Eating) has been one of the best things I’ve implemented in my daily practice. In a world of mixed nutrition messages and fad diets promising to get you closer to your goals this is the one thing that finally makes sense. If it’s confusing for me, I’m sure it’s got to be confusing and frustrating for everyone else but it works and I’ve never been more relaxed and content with how I feel and look about my body. If I miss a workout or eat a brownie it’s OK! I no longer feel like I have to make up for it with a run or extra cardio. It is freeing. It is simple and I don’t have to worry about every little thing I put in my mouth. Now don’t get me wrong, I still eat clean 80% of the time but there is a weight that’s been lifted off my shoulders. Not everything works for everyone but this has worked for me and I’m confident it is something that can work for so many. Thanks to my sister @camarcucci who introduced me it.

On this #shoutoutsaturday we're highlighting C.O.R.E. Boot Camp member Julia @tkpkhome whose been a member of the team for a couple of years. Living an active lifestyle is always part of her plan whether it's running a 5k for fun or gardening she's smiling and full of energy. Julia warmly welcomes every new member and is always game for a group hike and is constantly challenging herself to improve her strength.
Yesterday Lotus Fitness had an epic day! We honored the members of the C.O.R.E. Boot Camp for their participation in classes during our Aspirational April 💪🏾🚶🏾♀️🙅🏾♀️ At the beginning of April members set a goal to attend a certain number of classes from the possible 10.
6 people met or exceeded their goal ❗
