Breakfast and lunch... I love the smell of a charcoal grill in the morning. This steak was grilled for sharing at breakfast, and part of a lunch salad for later. A far stretch from my usual weekday coffee and granola in the morning, but well fitting for workout fuel. Fat is a concentrated source of energy 1 g of fat provides 9 kcal it is also the carrier for the fat-soluble vitamins ADE and K, so very important 😱🥑We are recommended to have 35% of total energy in the diet as fat and saturated fat less than 11% and trans-fatty acids less than 2% of energy.
