Cinnamon... A spice so revered that it was used to embalm Egyptian pharaohs. I learned A LOT about cinnamon this week, especially about the crazy way that this spice is harvested! Click the link in my bio if you want to learn more about the spice we all associate with warm apple pie, French toast, and even a sweet rice dish or two 💕
Yes, I’m behaving oddly and possibly badly..... posting about Italian rosemary chicken whilst I’m in Greece - WHAT? 🇬🇷 . You see I put up the recipe the day before we left for this great country and amongst a suitcase not packed, a business to leave and a gazillion other things pre trip.... well... I forgot to tell you it was there. And so it is.... I’m here to tell you. Head to the blog for one of my favourite easy dinners. However.... for all those craving something a little more Greek.....I have an amazing treat for you. I will be sharing a recipe from my friend Kathy Tsaples @sweetgreekshop in our next newsletter and blog. Be sure to check out @sweetgreekshop for her drool worthy feed. Love you Kathy. Your country.... might I say, is all it was cracked up to be. 🇬🇷🇬🇷🇬🇷
