This is 8 weeks of work, consistency with training and being taught how to eat for results without starving! I can tell you now that all the girls on this program won’t blow out and gain heaps of weight, they won’t go crazy on food and eat the world after and they won’t slack (too much 😂🙄) on training. Why???? Because they didn’t strictly diet, they didn’t train 10 hours a day, they only did what they can see them selves doing for the rest of their lives. I feel lucky that I can pass on what I’ve learnt over the years and what I have found that works. I’m super proud of this one!!!!! These woman can wear there results coz of how we train! My biggest tip for you is.... woman should without any doubt LIFT HEAVY WEIGHTS!!!!

Yesterday’s grapefruit was disgusting and really difficult to eat. 😷
I barely managed to hit 40-45-50kgs today on my weights. 🏋🏼♂️
And I absolutely HATED the cold water bucket! 🥶
Just goes to show if we don’t keep it up, even for as little as 2wks, it doesn’t take long to tune into all the bad stuff and lose momentum. 😱
Thankfully though the damage wasn’t too bad and only managed to stick on 2lbs whilst I was away 😅
But I tell you what I really enjoyed the challenge of today... the stair machine! I’ve been inspired by @towers_weightjourney and seems to be working wonders for his fat burning. I must say I was soaked in places I didn’t know existed! Yes that’s all my sweat on the machine! 😂🙈 I started small with 15mins with a fat burning programme which had me doing lunges, crossover steps, 1-2 steps, at varying different paces. I look forward to further building up my fitness using it! 🚶🏼♂️🏃🏼♂️🚶🏼♂️

Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day and by breakfast I mean breaking my fast ⏰
Intermittent fasting is a great tool to utilise on any diet as it allows your body to begin the break down of stored glycogen for energy that your body had no immediate use for when initially eaten 💥
Traditionally, intermittent fasting is ruled by fasting for 16 hours and eating for the remainding 8 hours
However, research suggests that as little as 10-12 hours of fasting allows the body to begin depletion of fat stores and start production of ketones for fuel ⛽️ Effectively, if you fast consistently you will allow your body to enter a state of ketosis and deplete of any excess glycogen stores without the need to eat excessive amounts on a daily basis
This is a great way of losing fat, adapting to ketosis and teaching the body to be more efficient at producing and surviving on ketone bodies (fats) as an alternative energy source to glucose (sugar) which in my opinion, supports a more satisfied and healthy lifestyle! Do your own research 🤓
