I had a sad moment over on Facebook tonight...
A ‘marketer’ was calling out people for using vulnerable share posts as selling...
The entire thread turned into what I call a criticism jam on what everyone else is doing wrong...
Then of course this guy was able to insert his way that worked at selling- gathering even more interest for his stuff
Brilliant tactic. And using the Law of Increase in a way that will bring Increase of criticism into his world ...
What we focus on grows. Where we send energy increases. The actions of taking from another means someone will take from you. .
Avoid the use of this divine law in a way that will deplete you. 💫
Use the Law of Increase to see what others are doing well and know that there is more than enough for everyone. ✨
Use the Law of Increase to applaud what others are doing beautifully with their businesses and clients- not to scoop in and take from them...
Mother Nature needs not manipulate - why should we?
Set your divine success track
Applaud others who do well
In small ways every day use the Law of Increase in Positive Ways
“Other people’s perception of you, ain’t none of your business”~ #LisaNichols @lisa2motivate ❤️ I personally want to add to Lisa’s wise words and share that it is not “wrong” for others to be limited in their perception of you or of what is possible for you. We cannot help but see through the eyes of self. And that is ok. One persons “self perceived weakness” is another persons “self perceived strength”. We each perceive through the eyes of our own boundaries. The only important thing to remember is that the only perception that matters is that of yours, only you define your capabilities. Everything we see in the world was once a thought. We breathe life into our desires by believing them in the unique way that we do. The greatest work comes from inspiration, which is born out of an internal alignment. That is what it means to be inspired...to be “in spirit”— from the highest self, uninterrupted by how others will perceive it. All the greatest art, films, books, ideas are born out of the uncontaminated passion of their creators. Do not feel vengeful towards all those who have not believed in you for they do not have your eyes. They are who they are and where they are. All we need to do is be who we are unwaveringly and go where we want to go passionately! ❤️🦋 ~Toranj #bewhoyouare#consciousness#lisanichols#thesecret#lawofattraction#inspired#quote#wordsofwisdom#wordstoliveby
Meditation to Conquer Inner Anger and Burn it Out ☀️🌈 This mediation can help you release even the most deeply seated anger. Unresolved anger can be the source of destructive thought patterns and fears that can negatively affect your physical health and your mental well-being.
* Sit in Easy Pose. Extend both arms straight out the the sides and parallel to the ground, with no bend in the elbows. Point your index finger upward, toward the sky. While your thumb holds down the other fingers into a light fist. Keep the index fingers straight and stiff. * Close your eyes and concentrate on your spine. * Use Sitali Pranayam, which helps to cool the heat of anger. For me rolling the tongue is quite difficult, so I make an O-shape with my mouth. * Inhale deeply through your rolled tongue or O-shaped mouth and exhale through the nose. * Continue for 3 up to 11 minutes.
Take a few moments to rest in silence afterwards and observe and enjoy the effect on your whole system.
In the making stuffed artichoke bottoms 😋
1 large onion chopped
1cups frozen or fresh peas
1 small carrots, peeled and chopped in rounds
5 cooked artichoke bottoms (found in a jar in most Middle Eastern, Turkish or health food stores)
½ tsp Himalayan salt
pinch sugar (optional)
¼ - ½ cup water
drizzle olive oil
Saute onion over medium high heat with a drizzle of olive oil or water (for oil-free method) in a large and deep pan until translucent.
Add peas and chopped carrots to the pan and saute for another couple minutes until the carrots begin to soften and the peas are just cooked. Add salt and black pepper.
Add the artichoke bottoms to the pan with the round side to the pan.
Scoop the pea and carrot mixture into the artichokes (see photo for reference). Sprinkle with sugar (optional), and ¼ - ½ cup water (the water should come halfway up the artichokes in the pan). Cover the pan and leave to simmer for 17 - 20 minutes until the artichoke bottoms are soft (almost like a semi-soft potato texture). When the artichokes are ready, carefully scoop them out of the pan onto a plate.
In Turkey we serve this dish as an appetizer or side dish but here at my home tonight is my main🤩😍 Bonne Appetite 😋😘 #1soulalchemist#wehaveachoice#love#life#thatsallineed#live#lift#inspire#intentions#spiritual#healer#lifecoach#consciousness#instahealth#instagood#instagram#instalift#instalife#instadaily#instamood#spiritualguidance#freedom#food#vegan#cleaneating#elements#instahealth#foodart
...the origin of religion was not the fear of death, but the recognition of death as the great transformer and initiator into the true nature of man's innermost being. The fear of death could only originate at a time when human consciousness had hardened into an extreme form of individualism, based on the illusion of being a permanent entity, a self-existing soul or ego that separates one being from the other, and living beings from dead things: thus drawing a line between life and death, a line that finally becomes a boundary, an impenetrable wall, towards which life rushes headlong - only to be annihilated in the impact.
But at a time when human beings had not yet lost the connection with their origins and their surroundings, in a world in which man was still in touch with the subtle forces of nature, the spirits of the departed, the realms of gods and demons, in short: in a world in which there was nothing that could be conceived as lifeless, death was not the contradiction to life, but a phase in the movement of life's pendulum, a turning-point, like birth. The pendulum swings from birth to death and back from death to birth.
The movement of life's pendulum, however, is not confined to one plane only it can swing on an infinite number ot planes, move in all dimensions of consciousness, according to its inherent momentum or according to the conscious impetus that it may receive in that infinitesimally small fraction of timelessness at its turning-point, that is, between death and rebirth, or between one realm of existence and another.
It is this timeless 'moment', in which those who have learnt to look inwards, who have practised introspection and developed their inner vision through sādhanā and dhyāna, will be able to perceive the realms of existence open or adequate to them, and to direct their mind consciously towards the plane that offers the greatest chances for the realisation of their highest aspirations, as explained in the Bardo Thödol (The Tibetian Book of the Dead)
Of ‚The Way Of The White Clouds‘ by Lama Anagarika Govinda
I have a feeling yesterday’s post on ego death struck a collective nerve, to be honest I was expecting it... and... I’m not sorry... I’m not sorry because it wasn’t really you that was hurt.
It is completely normal that when the ego’s rank is challenged that it fights back.
Ponder this - is there an awareness of the hurt? Is there an awareness of you pondering this? What is it? Can it be labelled?

Variations on a breakfast theme:) peach, rasps and clementine au natural and blitzed to oblivion. Dwelling a little on **The Relational Self**: aspects that are more and less pronounced, awakened and even stifled among a different social milieu vs the self in peaceful solitude. who are you when you’re alone? Who am I? Is it more ok if Aspects of peripheral or outer self merge, chop and change and *less* OK if core elements (values, beliefs, defining aspects of personality ) do not remain stable??! ((Aside - the philosophical or ethical underpinnings of *that* conundrum are best discussed over tea :) )) so, Reframing instead the case in point : **how do you ^*want*^ to show up?** 💪🏻and what aspects of your selfhood are important enough to be carried with you into your most meaningful interactions? 💥Ageing often gives people more permission to be truer to their authentic callings, bottoming out on the fundamental features of the unchanging and changing self... perhaps because some things start to matter more than others in the grand scheme of things. Although we are infinite shades of grey, we hold the capacity to orientate ourselves along conscious trajectories towards aspirations, perhaps higher order principles if the fancy takes us, maybe even envisioning beyond past or peripheral limitations, but ultimately finding comfort in the space in which we *deliberately* choose to inhabit , whatever that may be. >>>here’s the thing: Age needn’t be a factor in one’s conscious awakening ! <<< Your manifestation, the sweet nectar of your becoming is truly yours for the taking.... you, define you. Boundaried you, and Unboundaried you. 💜

Follow 👉 @spiritbyalamir 💖✨ "We give energy to what we pursue or avoid. A lot of people think that if they avoid something; they are not giving it their energy and hence it won't affect them. This is not true. In fact, avoidance requires more energy than pursuit.
When we avoid any certain emotion, we are judging it. Judgement breeds attachment. An attachment is a bondage. And, when bondages overwhelm, they become a cage. Every time you try to go in the direction of what you want, this cage will prevent you from moving in that direction.
Imagine if you were being pulled by people from all sides. Somebody was pulling you backward. Somebody was pulling you through your left arm. Somebody was pulling you through your right leg. Somebody from somewhere, somebody from elsewhere. What will happen? You will crack apart. This is what happens at an emotional level in extreme depression. Every time you avoid an emotion, you add one more *somebody* who would pull in a different direction. The more of them you have, the more difficult it becomes to move on.
To heal an emotion is to integrate it, not to resist it. Integration requires recognition and acceptance. Most importantly; it requires our unconditional non-judgemental presence. It is important that we simply let whatever emotion comes through, that we become aware of it; and, if, we consciously choose not to express it – we resolve it. We take the message it brings. We meet the need it brings to our awareness. And, then we set ourselves free from it by letting go." -alamir (@spiritbyalamir)
May we all heal. May we all be free. May we all be ourselves. ❤❤
"We travel (within ourselves and beyond)... some of us forever... only to seek other states... other lives... other souls..." ... "Not I, nor anyone else can travel that road for you. You must travel it by yourself. It is not far. It is within reach. Perhaps you have been on it since you were born, and did not know. Perhaps it is everywhere - on water and land...."
And I just can't keep living this way
So starting today
I'm breaking out of this cage
I'm standing up, I'mma face my demons
I'm manning up, I'mma hold my ground
I've had enough, now I'm so fed up
Time to put my life back together right now
And I think it's gonna be a long long time ⏳
'Till touch down brings me round again to find 👀
I'm not the man they think I am at home 🕴
Oh no no no I'm a rocket man 🚀
Rocket man burning out his fuse up here alone 💣💥
