Sometimes it can be difficult to feel alert and motivated enough to work out, especially if you are exercising every day or trying to stick to a strict workout schedule.
Essential oils with uplifting properties can help you feel energized and motivated before and during your workout.
You can apply essential oils with uplifting or invigorating qualities through topical application, or apply a small amount of oil to your clothing so the aroma remains with you while you exercise.
You can also help promote energizing or motivating feelings by diffusing uplifting essential oils before working out or during your workout if you are exercising indoors.
Essential oils like the below, have uplifting properties and can help promote energy, motivation, and vitality for your workout: - Bergamot;
- Lemon; - Spearmint; - Tangerine; and - doTERRA’s proprietary Blend: Motivation.
I personally enjoy Peppermint for that energising zing when needed during exercising.
