Chicago Bloggers 📸
If your goal is to monetize your IG and your blog, polished consistent photography is going to instantly elevate your brand, not only in the eyes of readers, but in the eyes of brands. Brands are allocating an average of 80% of their marketing budget for influencer marketing, but what are they looking for in a blogger? They want to see consistency in your style, quality of images and messaging. Why work with a professional photographer on a regular basis? Because if a brand sees that you have magazine worthy images, they will feel confident that your photographer (+ your vision) will be able to highlight their products just like a traditional campaign would. So what if you don’t have any sponsorships or campaigns on the books yet? Make a content plan to highlight your favorite products exactly as you would if you were working with a brand. Take a whole afternoon with a photographer to shoot lifestyle images showcasing your favorite clothing, shoes, accessories, shops, etc. Then tag those brands on IG and link to them on your blog. This way, you can show other brands what a collab could look like.
If you don’t have a photographer yet and you are interested in working together, I’ll be traveling to Chicago once a month for 2-3 days at a time for shoots 🙌🏼 Let’s talk about what it would be like working together and your goals for your blog! Follow the link in bio to set up a call with me 😘
When you hire a babysitter and they throw a g-rated rager (g-rager?) for your pristine kids. So many thanks to this incredible team for getting silly with me! 🍧🍿🍦🍭🍪

I never used to like fall. Up until a year or two ago, I was obsessed with summer and hated all other seasons. But now, I love fall more! It’s so pretty and sweater weather is the best, am I right? I’m definitely changing as I get older and it’s weird!
I’m 29 today, which means I have one year of my 20s left! I feel like I need to make one of those ‘30 things to do before 30’ lists. Except there’s really only one thing I want before I turn 30. So we’ll see if that happens..!
So tell me, what is your favorite thing to do on your birthday?! Honestly, I just love taking off work and being home with my fur babies!
(& eating cake, of course)
