It’s been about 2 months since I moved my entire life from New York to Florida and I couldn’t be any happier with that decision. It was one of the hardest choices I had to make since that meant leaving Ramon and a lot of my loved ones behind for a long time. I was scared, confused, heartbroken, excited, nervous, doubtful, any emotion you could think of I have felt and am still feeling. There’s days where I want to cry cause I feel alone and misunderstood and then there’s days where I feel so blessed for the opportunity I have. I have made genuine connections out here with some great people and so many new paths are lighting up in front of me to pick from. All this abundance would have not been possible if I didn’t make the choice to move. If I allowed fear to consume my mind, I would have stayed in New York and kept doing the same nothingness that I bound myself too. Point being, DO NOT be afraid of any crazy idea oh have for your life because you just don’t know where it might lead you. Do the best you can, be the best version of yourself that you can be and take that risk. My Thoughts On: PROGRESS -
Progress is a funny thing in fitness. If you’re a beginner, you’ll be on the gain train and it’ll be moving at 100 miles an hour. You’ll be able to add weight into your lifts every workout and see progress after almost every session. The time difference between these two pictures was just six months, I began to track my workouts and diet, and bring more intensity into my workouts. That lead to some major newbie gains. It was cool, but it doesn’t last forever.
Flash forward to now, I’m still adding weight but I’m reaching the intermediate stage of training where I can’t do it every workout. If this happens to you, don’t be discouraged this is just a new chapter in your training. -
I’m sure that once I’ve been training for a very long time the gain train will slow to a very slow speed, like 4 mph. However, even though the gains aren’t rapidly made this is where the REAL ATHLETE will show through. Continuing to put in work when you don’t see immediate reward is what makes you a real champion. Once the physical gains slow, the mental gains speed up just as quick. Staying consistent and continuing to raise your intensity when you feel like you’ve hit your max will transform you into a winner and separate you from the losers. -
Overall, progress in the gym slows overtime. Once this happens, don’t be discouraged it’s only natural. Continue to put in that work even when the gains aren’t right there, and you’ll become stronger mentally as a person. Don’t do this for anyone else, do this for you. Continue to prove to yourself that YOU CAN💪🏻
Day 3 of 3 || last day on the trail. We’ve burnt 40% of everything we came with. Had to cut weight. Our bodies couldn’t take it anymore. Clothing, camp shoes, extra food, up in flames. We even left cooking equipment and camp chairs in Bear Boxes for the next campers.
The last 16k out we NEEDED it to go better.
So we left at 7am to beat the sun. And it worked. Energy was high for the first 2k. Then we saw bear poop. Which we always saw but this time it was wet. Then more poop. And more poop.
Now... we all talked about our bear brotocol. You see one as a group we stop. DONT RUN.
@_dely our pack leader goes “oh shit... there’s a bear” turns, runs, and tosses @wuofgcm to the front of the line and pushes me out of the way. 150meters ahead of us was two cubs and mom. They all see us. And take off into the bush.
We walked the next 2k blowing whistles, banging cups, blaring a Bluetooth speaker and singing songs. “I wanna dance with somebody! I wanna feel the heat with somebody!” ...Never been so grateful for Whitney Houston’s presence in those moments.
I don’t think any of us have looked over our own shoulder so much...but we made it out!

NEW PB...100kg Deadliftttt 🎉🎉🎉 Form isn’t perfect but I’m pretty damn proud of this!! 💪🏽 I got far too complacent with my training and as a result I wasn’t seeing progress and was getting pretty disheartened by it. Sometimes you’ve just got to push the boundaries and step out of your comfort zone. It can be scary, yes you will fail at times but that just makes the victories all the more rewarding 💛💛💛 I am absolutely loving my training at the moment and feeling stronger everyday!

While on vacation I found myself disconnecting more with social media and exploring the outdoors, listening to the ocean, really being present with my husband. This was one of the greatest vacations I have been on. Well every place I travel to is amazing.

4. Play the question game. We know so much about each other but it’s so fun to ask silly questions and laugh and laugh!

Had an amazing and relaxing morning at the spa getting a facial and reading a book whilst chilling out in the jacuzzi. This is my 2nd visit this week and I have to say I feel utterly blessed to be able to do this
Last year I could only have dreamed of being able to spend my life in this way but less than 12 months on my dream has become a reality
Don't get me wrong I may be living the high life some days BUT it hasn't come without bloody hard work, tears and very nearly the end of my marriage and if you ever watch my mummy juggle videos you will know that my life is most definitely not all spa and relaxation 😂 .
At least half of my week is spent working on driving my business forwards and every day I'm there for my 3 kids and still often have sleepless nights due to a 2 year old who doesn't like sleep! My husband works just as hard and is just as if not more ambitious than me
I've noticed more and more how shitty some people can be when they see others doing well in life. People seem to only want you to do so well (not too well 😂)
The thing that many fail to realise is that anyone can actually live the life they desire. It does involve risk and it does involve stepping well outside of that place known as the comfort zone but it can be done and what's the worst that will happen to you by doing so??
So go ahead guys and chase those dreams and live the life you truly deserve

У всех бывает. А те, кто пытается доказать, что при любой погоде какает радугой — пошли бы вы. Очень легко отличить искренний внутренний свет от его фальшивой имитации.
Сейчас мне в общем-то не очень. Но я имею на это право, потому что у меня ещё остались человеческие чувства внутри. И все будет беседер обязательно. И у всех, кому сейчас плохо — тоже все будет. Вы не одни ❤️
Sometimes the emotions flood me like the waves of the ocean.
They grab my self-confidence and my belief in myself.
I consider these emotions as a protective mechanism of my brain. It wants to keep me in my comfort zone.
Then I imagine myself as a rock. A rock that can withstand these waves, a rock that lets these emotions pass by.
I think staying in the comfort zone isn’t really safe because if you allow the emotions to flood you, they will win over you and you might lose yourself. They will separate you from your dreams.
So I want to be a rock in the vastness of the ocean.

When you want something you’ve never had, you have to step outside of your comfort zone and do something you’ve never done. .
I’ve always had a weak upper body, but did I do the work to change that? No, because it was hard! .
Since I’ve started these at home workouts, I’ve gained so much strength. Yes, I still have a long way to go, but with a personal trainer at my fingertips laying out a plan to help me get stronger, I know if I just follow the plan, I can do it!
Here’s to the next eight weeks....oh and hoping I can lift my arms tomorrow after 3 days of upper body workouts this week! 😂💪🏻
