For anyone who struggles with bloating, IBS, fatigue, nausea, intolerances, allergies, weight loss/weight gain, basically anything food related reaction.... I highly recommend you do a full scope blood test of food intolerances. It is expensive (unfortunately), but is super beneficial:
- tells you foods you need to avoid and the level of antibodies you have that fight away that food
- tells you foods that you need to be cautious eating as some days you could react due to stress affecting your gut hormones for example
- tells you which foods work best with your body and that will help you teach your goals and optimal health

Just a warning.... the results may be a real dampener to your day... I took my test 2 weeks ago and picked up my results this evening on my way to dinner. I quickly opened to have a browse and the first few foods I am intolerant to are STAPLES in my diet 😣 I am gutted! But to be honest, if it’s going to help me feel better and teach my goals, I will make any sacrifice necessary!

Something that boggles my mind: when people tell me or i hear someone say “i dont have time to meal prep”. We all have the same 24 hr day. When you want something that bad your willing to do whatever it takes to get the results you want. The past couple days have been busy for me getting settled at my new job, training a few clients and babysitting that i do on the side, and after a long day yesterday I could have made that same excuse up and sat on the couch all night. But i went food shopping and started meal prep cooking. I dont only just meal prep for myself; but i prep for my mom and 3 clients. Bc you have to preach what you practice right? For some athletes the idea of going slow may seem counterproductive to what they are trying to accomplish; however, all the hard training runs, interval workouts, and long runs are useless if you do not let your body recover from the effort and repair the muscle damage you have done.
The body gets stronger and faster by breaking down muscle (hard training) and then allowing the body to build itself back up stronger than before (recovery) and repeating the process until you are in shape and ready to race. So are you ready to embrace those EZ miles?

For some athletes the idea of going slow may seem counterproductive to what they are trying to accomplish; however, all the hard training runs, interval workouts, and long runs are useless if you do not let your body recover from the effort and repair the muscle damage you have done. The body gets stronger and faster by breaking down muscle (hard training) and then allowing the body to build itself back up stronger than before (recovery) and repeating the process until you are in shape and ready to race. Learning to engage your shoulder blades and having correct form will make sure that you are using the right muscles and getting the most out of your workouts, plus it will ensure that you are steering clear of any injuries.

Embrace the change because only by changing our routines we’ll be able to make a big change in our lives and put ourselves constantly to the test and gain new motivation and challenges. 1: Chin tucked.
2: eyes forward.
3: “ribs down, glutes up”
4: squeeze the glutes starting from the bottom going up to a peak squeeze. •Bulgarian•
1: Pull yourself down. Push Ground away up. (Helps fire muscles)
2: I like to imagine the front leg is handling 70-80% of be weight, and back foot is just balancer.
3: Squeeze Glutes and Quads hard
4: if your having trouble or you lack mobility just perform elevated heel squat instead of split stance. •GoodMorning Banded•
1: Maintain neutral spine.
2: Hinge back at hips with soft knees semi bent and using your ability to maintain a neutral spine to dictate how low you go. (If you can’t get parallel that’s ok, go where you have control)
3: squeeze glutes hard from the bottom of the movement and come back to top keeping it firing. •Seated Band Abduction•
1: Lots is different ways to do this so I’ll post more on this one at another time. Go for 3-5 Rounds have At it!
