AHHHH 🤸🏻♀️💃🏻 I don’t think I’ve been this excited for a Monday in a long time!! Tomorrow morning my fit crew and I begin our 8 week summer sweat series, I know without a doubt that these ladies are going to achieve incredible results!! 👭 Yesterday, as we hiked 6+ miles, which included an upward climb equivalent to 55 floors 😱, I thought back to 3 years ago...in July of 2015 I would have never been able to power through such an intense hike. It was after that summer that I realized I needed to make a change, I felt uncomfortable in my skin and I wasn’t physically fit enough to enjoy the things I wanted to. 😔 Since joining my first fit crew I’ve not only achieved physical results 💪🏻 but the support and accountability of our fit crew has helped me create maintainable healthy habits and allowed me to find the confidence to pursue new experiences I never thought I was capable of!! 😃 I’m so excited to help my fit crew ladies experience their own transformations this summer!! 👭🙌🏻☀️😎 It’s time to LIIFT!! 💪🏻💦 Only a few spots left if you want in, there’s still time to join us — message me now!!
We were mountain biking at Snowmass and then saw this thing winding through the trees and above the trail we were riding. There’s no way I wasn’t going to hop on 😛 // #gopro#goprofusion#visitcolorado @visitcolorado #spnsr#aspenco @aspensnowmass
Day 3 - 12.2 miles
Like most days so far, the day started off energized and fast moving. Halfway through the day we started the long climb to Cottonwood Pass.
The climb was beautiful and difficult in the forest, but soon opened up to countless open hillsides and wildflowers. Finally we reached the top and decided to camp at 12,000 ft near a small mountain pond.
Wasn’t feeling too great towards the end of the night and the couple we made camp with advised me I probably hadn’t had enough salt the last few days. (Lucky we had an ER nurse as a neighbor!) Ate some chips and drank some electrolytes and felt like a million bucks afterward!
We were getting nervous about our next day — 16 miles above tree line with limited water and camping over multiple passes to Tin Cup Pass rd. #coloradotrail#continentaldividetrail#collegiateloop#cottonwoodpass
